GBI was notified that the pressure washer… I was notified that the pressure washer part was no longer available. So I bought a new machine and discarded the old machine. Then 5 months later the part was shipped and I have no use for it now. Contacted the company and no response from them

GBGreat company with OEM parts My generator is very old and hard to find parts for. After the fuel cap broke, I ordered a replacement from another company that said it was an exact match. After receiving the part, it was a chinese knock off that didn't even come close to fitting. I found one on eReplacementParts and it was an exact OEM replacement. I wish I would've found them sooner!

GBIt took 4+ months to get our part… It took 4+ months to get our part because they held our order until they had "enough orders" to send to the manufacturer. Still cheaper than buying a new food processor, but they need to be realistic with the shipping time frame, we were originally told 2-5weeks. My husband made multiple calls to them and was given attitude a couple of times by the reps he talked to. He did have to get firm with them, but he does not raise his voice or yell/scream as I do not tolerate it (I work in customer service). Overall the part is great and does what it's supposed to do, but the service is poor and expectations are unrealistic.
