GBI have emailed customer service twice… I have emailed customer service twice AND called and left a message. I ordered a manhole cover on June 8th and it still hasn't shipped. I understand these are difficult times, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of customer service. Edit: customer service ONLY reached out after I wrote this review. I don’t ever write reviews, and their statement below is misleading. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
