I applied to this company in order to ask them to help me with this problem. Customer support seemed to me very polite and responsive, because it took couple of minutes to them to answer my question. They had taps in the shop and I ecided to acquire some new ones. Nowadays, I have no issues with water at all, because the taps from this shop are very reliable and durable.

Great sewer cap! Works on thinner DWV pipe with adapter collar/bushing These sewer caps are great! They are made to slip onto 4-inch schedule 40 PVC, which has a wider diameter than 4-inch DR35 drain/waste/vent pipe. If that's what you have, you'll need an adapter ring/collar. I got one for a few dollars from Lowes described as "Transition from Drain Waste Vent (DWV)/Schedule 40 (SCH40) fittings to Sewer and Drain (Sewer and Drain) pipe with the PVC Adapter Bushing," Item #24093 and Model #L2P42. I hope this helps the next person who needs to use one of these sewer caps on DWV pipe instead of schedule 40.
