GBTop notch customer service Top notch customer service. I ordered a number of different items that I decided were too heavy and wanted to exchange my order for a whole set of new items. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, I had a whole new order of lighter panel armor in hand within 48 hours. They always pick up the phone when you call and respond to email within 24 hours (although usually same day).

GBI have ordered back in September and… I have ordered back in September and have not received my product. The company will not return my e-mail or phone messages. Update: Dallas called today to explain the disconnect of my order and shipped it out overnight. We appreciate this quick remedy and will be ordering again with much hopefulness of success.

GBWhat a scam It's amazing to me that I keep seeing people as recently as a couple months ago getting their orders, when there are a lot of us who have been waiting over 6 years, have been lied to over and over about shipping, and still have nothing to show for it (You can go look at their Indiegogo campaign for proof).

CAJust got my Operator Just got my Operator. NOT impressed! There is zero side coverage with the panels making this not wearable for work. In addition The zippers and material of the carrier are clearly poor quality and I can already tell this would not stand up to regular wear in a working environment. I will not be ordering additional products.

GBI was not specific about my… I was not specific about my measurements using only suggested “L” for directions. When I got the jacket, it was entirely too large in the waist. I called and explained the situation. Although it was my fault, they took my true measurements and reshaped the jacket at no one xtra charge other than shipping. They are good people who will work with you. Strongly recommend them.
