NOTE: I went to my cleaner/Taylor to get sized so I didn't mess up that part. The Jacket fits perfectly yes there us slight weight do to armor but it's so comfortable and weather resistant when I was rained on last weekend. Speaking with Dallas I will buy another when they have the carhartt with a hood. Everyone should own one just because you never know what any day will bring you in today's world. NO update on my order 11/22/2021 (4:02PM CST)- Its been exactly 8 days since I've ordered and gotten no status update what so ever. I've called (about 3 times), emailed (about 2), and submitted a form (once) to no avail, which is very frustrating because this is a gift for someone I love and I know he would enjoy this. I really want this product. I love to support American owned businesses but the customer service from this company needs a lot of work. Also please consider updating estimated shipping times on the website its very vague. This is a good amount of money I spent and quite frankly would like to know the status of the product. Hopefully some one will get back to me soon so I can update this to have a positive ending

Great product for my husband and I! Great product for my husband and I. Worth the wait! Only thing is photos of women in the hoodies are a bit misleading. To properly advertise the hoodies I would suggest placing the armor in the hoodies for the women’s photos. The hoodies look formfitting and I found that to be comforting while purchasing.I look like I’m smuggling a laptop!

As great as I’d hoped they’d be. Bought two different styles as gifts (one for my brother and one for my bf) and they both seriously LOVED them. Each guy was so impressed that they’re interested in purchasing extra styles for year round use. (I bought a sweatshirt and a zip up jacket- they may get the polo shirts for warmer weather) Maybe I can budget one for me next. They’re excellent quality! Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond.

Just got my Operator Just got my Operator. NOT impressed! There is zero side coverage with the panels making this not wearable for work. In addition The zippers and material of the carrier are clearly poor quality and I can already tell this would not stand up to regular wear in a working environment. I will not be ordering additional products.
