I’m an NYC paramedic I’m an NYC paramedic, and have been meaning to buy armor, especially after the events of last year. $300-400 for a bulky external vest that isn’t approved for department uniform kept me from it. Bulletproof everyone has given me the perfect solution at $200. I wear my ‘t-shirt’ under my uniform to work everyday. It took a few days for it to soften up and conform to my shape, but now that it has, coworkers who have known me for years can’t even tell that I’m wearing armor. I’ve been giving out your website to all the EMTs and Medics who ask. Great product!

Lead times unpredictable. Product quality very high. Update: After receiving and inspecting the products we can report that quality of construction is very high. I will personally trust my life to this armor with confidence. Communication with the company was difficult and we received an automated response on a Monday that customer service had been given an "extended weekend" although it was not a holiday. Original: Did a test order for my company. The item ordered is for personal use but there was a possibility of a much bigger relationship. Sadly, this is not the company for large, time-sensitive orders. Quoted lead times got longer with each contact. From 5 to 10 to 15 business days.

As great as I’d hoped they’d be. Bought two different styles as gifts (one for my brother and one for my bf) and they both seriously LOVED them. Each guy was so impressed that they’re interested in purchasing extra styles for year round use. (I bought a sweatshirt and a zip up jacket- they may get the polo shirts for warmer weather) Maybe I can budget one for me next. They’re excellent quality! Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond.

Horrible fitment, and poor customer support. I liked the look of the gear at first glance, and the overall feel. Unfortunately its blatantly obvious the pads are there. They stick out like a sore thumb while wearing rendering the 400+dollar investment completely useless as a concealed bullet proof system. If I had known this before purchase I would have invested in a standard plate carrier.. p.s. I emailed this company twice as requested. I even called and left voicemail. And so far no response from anyone..

I was not specific about my… I was not specific about my measurements using only suggested “L” for directions. When I got the jacket, it was entirely too large in the waist. I called and explained the situation. Although it was my fault, they took my true measurements and reshaped the jacket at no one xtra charge other than shipping. They are good people who will work with you. Strongly recommend them.
