I purchased the unit for $799 and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. I have struggled with COPD and in the past, I purchased a different brand that did not work as well. Due to my lack of insurance, I had to leave the hospital against medical advice. I decided to take a chance on this machine and I consider it to be a win. I purchased a concentrator I purchased a concentrator. It stopped working after 35 days. I contacted the company and they are only honoring a 30 day warrantee although they said it had a 1 year guarantee when I purchased it. One place on the web site states 30 days and another states 1 year. I may have to return it to the manufacturer in China, but right now Oxygensolve is giving zero support
