What's particularly impressive is its dual-mode functionality; it switches seamlessly between pulse mode and continuous flow, ensuring uninterrupted oxygen delivery. So far, my brother is delighted with its performance. However, I must mention that the initial machine we received was defective and failed to deliver oxygen. Thankfully, the company's customer service was outstanding. Upon contacting them, they promptly responded and, after reviewing a short video demonstrating the issue, arranged for the faulty machine's return. The replacement was dispatched the very next day. Based on our experience, I wholeheartedly endorse both the machine and the company behind it. Their swift and efficient handling of the situation underscores their commitment to customer satisfaction.

GBI bought the 3-liter continuous flow… I bought the 3-liter continuous flow machine less than a month ago, and so far, it's been great. It was well-packaged and is functioning perfectly.

GBWe ordered a Varon VP2 machine 10 days… We ordered a Varon VP2 machine. 10 days later, we received an NT2 machine, which is an older model. We tried calling. Mailbox full. We tried texting. No response. We tried email. No response. I am going to contact my credit card company. A 2023 press release states that the VP2 is a new model.

GBI purchased one of their units and O boy what a ripoff I purchased one of their units, after I received it I tried it and realized it was not going to work for me. Since the unit had a 30 day return policy for a full refund, I started trying to call their listed customer service number and found out later in an email that their phone number wasn't working! Then after 9 emails they finally gave me a Rma number and the shipping address that was in China I attached a label and took to UPS where I was told it would cost 400 to 500 dollars to ship it to China which exceeded the purchase price of 351.10. So it's a ripoff if you ever need to return it for credit or service!! What a rip-off!!! BUYERS BEWARE !!
