We ordered a Varon VP2 machine 10 days… We ordered a Varon VP2 machine. 10 days later, we received an NT2 machine, which is an older model. We tried calling. Mailbox full. We tried texting. No response. We tried email. No response. I am going to contact my credit card company. A 2023 press release states that the VP2 is a new model.

I purchased the unit for $799 and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance. I have struggled with COPD and in the past, I purchased a different brand that did not work as well. Due to my lack of insurance, I had to leave the hospital against medical advice. I decided to take a chance on this machine and I consider it to be a win. It helped me recover and provides high-quality oxygen when needed. I was able to get my oxygenator at a very reasonable price and it works great. I received it a week ago and I am very happy with the quality. I have already recommended this product to others.

I recently purchased the NT-05 portable… I recently purchased the NT-05 portable oxygen concentrator and it's been working well for me. Although I had an issue with the charger, the company sent a replacement promptly. The battery lasts for about 2 hours, and their customer service is exceptional.

I purchased a concentrator I purchased a concentrator. It stopped working after 35 days. I contacted the company and they are only honoring a 30 day warrantee although they said it had a 1 year guarantee when I purchased it. One place on the web site states 30 days and another states 1 year. I may have to return it to the manufacturer in China, but right now Oxygensolve is giving zero support

Better breathing on the go with Varon 3L/NT-05 We received our Varon 3L/NT-05. This little machine is exactly as described. My husband had used a different one in the past, but it was so heavy he had trouble even walking with it. Now with our Varon he has a much easier time carrying the unit. I did notice that the carry case had a defect on the velcro flap. I contacted the company and their response was very fast. They have already shipped a replacement case. So glad we discovered this company. Now we can go on our trip and my hubby can climb the hills with oxygen pulsing into him. Highly recommend the Varon 3L CFOP!
