Super disappointed in everything Customer support is great. Product is not. The straps are very low quality. They are super thin and do not pull tight very well to get a good seal. The drinking straw is super short you have to smash mask against face to reach it. The connection is a proprietary connection to the provided canteen. The cap on supplied canteen does not fit on any other canteen the threads are also proprietary. The filter also shipped a week later than the rest of the order. Very disappointing.

It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.
