This is not the first time I purchase… This is not the first time I purchase products from Mira Safety, and likely not the last. Products are on the pricier end, but definitely high quality and I have built confidence over their reliability the past few years. I definitely will continue going to them for safety products for myself and my loved ones.

Great product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.

Does not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.

Customer Service Equal to Product Wuakity Products speak for themselves, but the customer service is what sets them apart. As a private business owner I stress to my team the objective of a great customer experience and the value of customer service. The MIRA team handled an awkward and unfortunate situation professionally, rationally and without hesitation. They earned my loyalty!

Life-Saving Equipment The gas mask quality is absolutely terrific. And the lvl. 4 plate quality is great too. I would 100% put my life in the hands of these products. Shipping was great, and, unlike some other brands out there, I didn't have to oversee anything. MIRA Safety got everything worked out. The only problem I had was that the CM-8M gas mask was out of stock for quite a while, which made it hard to get my hands onto it.
