Being an individual who has been in the customer service industry for years, I can spot a great representative when I see one. She has always been kind and very respectful and patient with all of my needs and requests. The products that MIRA safety provide are of the highest quality and that means a lot in today’s world. This is not the first time I purchase… This is not the first time I purchase products from Mira Safety, and likely not the last. Products are on the pricier end, but definitely high quality and I have built confidence over their reliability the past few years. I definitely will continue going to them for safety products for myself and my loved ones.

Great product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.

UPS sucks. Your company is great. UPS sucks at delivery. The driver just left the previous order on some stairs. The package is gone and I’m out of some money. UPS would not even offer to return lace the package. At least Fed Ex and DHL makes the effort to do their job. I got the this recent order .
