Got half my order 15 days after I ordered. awful company! Do Not Trust! ordered duvet set and a fitted sheet. Looks like I was fairly lucky as I received my duvet set but NO fitted sheet that was paid for! Sent 2 emails, And a message through messenger and WhatsApp. No response! Duvet set not the best quality! Will be contacting my credit card company as it was paid for with my credit card. Awful .. made the mistake of not checking the reviews before I ordered!

Returned bedding on 12th November… Returned bedding on 12th November tracked as received by company 15th November. Still no refund. Would not recommend. Duvet set was not great quality. Disappointed.

Shipping took 3 weeks when in stock!! We have a furniture business which had no outdoors, and few weeks ago we bought some outdoor sets. We paid quite a high price because it was supposed to be in stock. 3 weeks it took to be delivered! Items were full of spiders (like 20 of them) very not easy to mount, quality more than average! We have 6,000 items in STOCK, and it takes from the moment the order is placed only 4 to 6 business days to be delivered anywhere in the US. Nice guy on the phone, but I wish he didn't lie to us! Waiting is annoying, especially when you think it's going to be here earlier! Now we just took the exclusive distribution of a major outdoor brand, our clients can't wait 3 weeks for something in stock! (external reference)

Absolutely shocking company Absolutely shocking company, ordered goods and no delivery came. When I emailed I received a response full of personal information about the directors. This company should not be trading. Like many I didn’t read reviews.

Not to be trusted. I have been trying to contact this company but the message box is always full, this obviously makes me suspicious. I will give them three more days then I will have to contact my credit card company for a refund. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I might get my grandson to go and see just what kind of business is being run from this address.
