GBTerrible delivery, terrible customer service -- $2,500 doesn't get you white glove delivery We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! We haven't installed yet so my rating might go down. Avoid Signature Hardware if you can. Te

GBPurchased a very heavy stone sink that… Purchased a very heavy stone sink that arrived fast and very well packaged but with a blemish. My customer service experience was great. It was so easy to send an email with a picture of the blemish, and they inspected the replacement sink before shipping it out. Thank you Ashley!

GBNot to be trusted. I have been trying to contact this company but the message box is always full, this obviously makes me suspicious. I will give them three more days then I will have to contact my credit card company for a refund. I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I might get my grandson to go and see just what kind of business is being run from this address.

GBBought a pull toilet for over $1,000… Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000 from Signature Hardware. Nicely installed by our Plummer although he complained of no instructions. The toilet is very very loud. It is loud because there is no top to the water reservoir. They don’t sell tops. They will not take returns. Very disappointed.

GBOutstanding Warranty -- after 16 years -- honored I purchased a stand alone faucet for my pedestal tub 16 years ago. The inner workings of the faucet (cartridge) broke recently. I didn't have the order number or remember where I bought it. I looked online and found what appeared to be my faucet. I contacted their customer service. They looked up my address, found my order and they said it was under warranty still and would ship it free. Then they realized that unit was discontinued and they are replacing the whole unit! That's amazing customer service. Kendra was the agent and she went above and beyond. I'm so thrilled I bought from Signature Hardware. Their customer service is stellar!! They need to be recognized for this today as it is so rare to find such a great company! I'm just in awe. Thank you, Signature Hardware!
