GBCan’t contact this company at all Can’t contact this company at all, even though I have used the e mail address given, and the customer service team on the phone, is non exsistant. I could send the item back, but why should I have to foot the postage when the item is not as described

GBAbsolutely terrible!!! Oh dear I wish i had read trust pilot reviews before I used this company. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery on 29 November - 12 days later and it still hasn’t arrived. Nobody answers emails and can’t find phone number. Do not use this website!!!!!

GBReturned bedding on 12th November… Returned bedding on 12th November tracked as received by company 15th November. Still no refund. Would not recommend. Duvet set was not great quality. Disappointed.

GBBought a pull toilet for over $1,000… Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000 from Signature Hardware. Nicely installed by our Plummer although he complained of no instructions. The toilet is very very loud. It is loud because there is no top to the water reservoir. They don’t sell tops. They will not take returns. Very disappointed.
