Terrible delivery, terrible customer service -- $2,500 doesn't get you white glove delivery We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000… Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000 from Signature Hardware. Nicely installed by our Plummer although he complained of no instructions. The toilet is very very loud. It is loud because there is no top to the water reservoir. They don’t sell tops. They will not take returns. Very disappointed.

Got half my order 15 days after I ordered. awful company! Do Not Trust! ordered duvet set and a fitted sheet. Looks like I was fairly lucky as I received my duvet set but NO fitted sheet that was paid for! Sent 2 emails, And a message through messenger and WhatsApp. No response!
