GBAtrocious service Well, basically ordered bedding 9 days ago sent messages no response. They taken the money, and they say delivery in 3 to 5 days, complete nonsense furthermore they say customer promise basically give good service well that’s in my opinion not true neither. As other people have said don’t buy from them the service is poor, appalling, atrocious, abysmal, and no numbers to call…. Seriously!!!

GBShipping took 3 weeks when in stock!! We have a furniture business which had no outdoors, and few weeks ago we bought some outdoor sets. We paid quite a high price because it was supposed to be in stock. 3 weeks it took to be delivered! Items were full of spiders (like 20 of them) very not easy to mount, quality more than average! We have 6,000 items in STOCK, and it takes from the moment the order is placed only 4 to 6 business days to be delivered anywhere in the US. Nice guy on the phone, but I wish he didn't lie to us! Waiting is annoying, especially when you think it's going to be here earlier! Now we just took the exclusive distribution of a major outdoor brand, our clients can't wait 3 weeks for something in stock! (external reference)

GBDO NOT BUY!! Ordered an item on the 11th of December, it never arrived, couldn't get a response from anyone, finally they got in touch on the 21st of December and said they would send it by 24parcel force, it's the 9th of January and I still have had no item and no refund so I'm down 40 odd quid. Do not buy from this company, they don't know how too run a business.

It was so easy to send an email with a picture of the blemish, and they inspected the replacement sink before shipping it out. Thank you Ashley!
