GBShipping took 3 weeks when in stock!! We have a furniture business which had no outdoors, and few weeks ago we bought some outdoor sets. We paid quite a high price because it was supposed to be in stock. 3 weeks it took to be delivered! Items were full of spiders (like 20 of them) very not easy to mount, quality more than average! We have 6,000 items in STOCK, and it takes from the moment the order is placed only 4 to 6 business days to be delivered anywhere in the US. Nice guy on the phone, but I wish he didn't lie to us! Waiting is annoying, especially when you think it's going to be here earlier! Now we just took the exclusive distribution of a major outdoor brand, our clients can't wait 3 weeks for something in stock! (external reference)

GBPurchased a very heavy stone sink that… Purchased a very heavy stone sink that arrived fast and very well packaged but with a blemish. My customer service experience was great. It was so easy to send an email with a picture of the blemish, and they inspected the replacement sink before shipping it out. Thank you Ashley!

GBabsolute nightmare This company is an absolute nightmare. I ordered a duvet cover, after 2 weeks I hadn't received and had no communication from them either. I managed to find their WhatsApp and messaged them. They told me the package was due to be dispatched yet another week later!! At least 3 week delivery for a duvet cover!!! No thanks!!... Cancelled order because there was no apology, no communication regarding delay of item and their attitude via WhatsApp was the worst customer service I've come across in a very long time. Don't waste your time with this company they are terrible.

GBWe Bought a vanity for a clients home We Bought a vanity for a clients home. The first thing that was wrong was there was 2 blemishes on the drawer front. I asked for a replacement and all they could do for me was give me a discount. Then when we went to install we realized the sinks do not line up with the cabinet fronts. It is also not made to code and we can not use the top. We have emailed and tried to work it out but customer service is no longer responding to us. Our clients are very upset for the set back. I would not recommend buying this over priced piece of garbage. Definitely not worth the money.

GBAbsolutely terrible!!! Oh dear I wish i had read trust pilot reviews before I used this company. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery on 29 November - 12 days later and it still hasn’t arrived. Nobody answers emails and can’t find phone number. Do not use this website!!!!!
