GBUnreliable delivery timelines and bad customer service Quality of the product is good, but we have been waiting for three weeks for a piece we purchased, being constantly told that it would be shipped in 3 days. Signature Hardware is not taking responsibility, blaming offshore suppliers. Impossible to talk to a manager. We spent ~2000 USD with this supplier, but instead of offering rush shipment for the piece, which is still missing, they asked for us, the customer, to pay for rush shipment and processed a 9 USD refund as an apology for the delay. Seems a joke.

GBTerrible customer service; won’t replace faulty shower head I ordered a relatively expensive shower head in which many of the water ports wouldn’t release any water. I asked about an exchange and the fact that I discovered the water ports weren’t working means that I installed and they won’t take returns so I have a faulty shower head that I can’t get a refund on

GBBought a pull toilet for over $1,000… Bought a pull toilet for over $1,000 from Signature Hardware. Nicely installed by our Plummer although he complained of no instructions. The toilet is very very loud. It is loud because there is no top to the water reservoir. They don’t sell tops. They will not take returns. Very disappointed.
