Terrible delivery, terrible customer service -- $2,500 doesn't get you white glove delivery We had to spend $200 on tarps and bungies to cover the 385 pound vanity we ordered -- and then pay two guys a bunch of cash -- to move the vanity in to our house. I have furnished two of my own homes with Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and Williams Sonoma, and this is the first company where $2500 spent doesn't get you in-home delivery! Shipping took 3 weeks when in stock!! We have a furniture business which had no outdoors, and few weeks ago we bought some outdoor sets. We paid quite a high price because it was supposed to be in stock. 3 weeks it took to be delivered! Items were full of spiders (like 20 of them) very not easy to mount, quality more than average! We have 6,000 items in STOCK, and it takes from the moment the order is placed only 4 to 6 business days to be delivered anywhere in the US. Nice guy on the phone, but I wish he didn't lie to us! Waiting is annoying, especially when you think it's going to be here earlier! Now we just took the exclusive distribution of a major outdoor brand, our clients can't wait 3 weeks for something in stock! (external reference)
