IEDisappointing Service Placed an order for bin bags on the 13th April 2023 and still awaiting there arrival. Had sent an email on the 20th April to query the status of order with no response. Rang the company on the 24th April who advised that the bags I had ordered were not in stock but would have similar non branded available. Received an email to say that they were dispatched with a tracking number. When tracked the order with the courier the label does not exist. Sent an email on the 26th April and still awaiting a response. Update: Followed up on my email on the 27th April with a call advising that the package still hadn't arrived and that there was no info on the courier website. Advised that I would expect a full refund if the order was not received in full by the 28th April as it was over two weeks from the order was placed. 28th April - Missed a call from company however did receive a follow up email advising that the courier had lost the original package and that a replacement would be sent out for my attention. I explained again that i needed the order by the 28th April and that as they had not arrived expected full refund as did not want a replacement order to be delivered. Update: 5th May - Full refund received from the company.

IEBought a new Rug Doctor carpet cleaning… Bought a new Rug Doctor carpet cleaning machine with upholstery hand tool. The hand tool never worked & was promised replacement inside two weeks. Despite several phone calls & emails never got new one, or never got phone call or any communication about it twelve months later. Had to order new one from the UK which cost €180. Will never buy anything from this firm again. So much for buying Irish. (John Maye Galway)

IE#shoplocal I searched for an Irish company to support during lockdown - re purchasing an automatic sanitiser, for when my business would reopen in Phase 2. I prepaid over phone for sanitiser on Selco website - waited weeks for delivery, eventhough I was told when ordering that it would be in stock the following Monday- received not what I ordered but I accepted the big unsightly unit, as it was close to my opening date. No invoice (still no invoice despite requesting 3 times) & no keys to open unit. Rang to request keys and received 3 days later. Day one of reopening My Business, the unit fell off stand / I rang to complain & the receptionist laughed - I requested replacement & was sent a cheaper version that you have to press. Rang to complain and told ‘well we don’t have any of the automatic in stock’ yet when I rang yesterday to say it had collapsed off stand / I was not told that - I was assured a replacement would be sent. I Paid €471 for unit & 2 bottles of liquid. Awful Experience- I could have purchased from 3 sites in UK for immediate delivery but I thought best to support Irish Business - #shoplocal PHASE 2- unit has repeatedly fallen off stand - embarrassing in front of customers!! I rang SELCO & reported matter, was told a replacement was on its way. Following day received a replacement - a cheap push button with a small bottle of sanitiser - I purchased better from Viking Direct for wash areas for €6.99. When I rang to complain - I was told 'thats all we have'. I used this new replacement and it fell off stand within an hour. I have since sourced top of range automatic sanitiser from Cork supplier Sandra Murray for €220 with foam included - delivery following day. SELCO your faulty cheap overpriced units are on the way back to you for a FULL REFUND.

GBOrder not received Order placed on 30/11/2023 for 2 boxes of Daz Professional Washing Powder at a cost of £70+. To date the order has not been received despite the money being taken from my account. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone, 2 messages sent through the website with no response, email sent which could not be delivered. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not order with these again
