Order not received Order placed on 30/11/2023 for 2 boxes of Daz Professional Washing Powder at a cost of £70+. To date the order has not been received despite the money being taken from my account. Unable to speak to anyone on the phone, 2 messages sent through the website with no response, email sent which could not be delivered. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not order with these again

Tork products for less at Selco I was looking around for a more competitive supplier due to regular price increases from my western hygiene supplier and Selco was able to supply us with toilet roll and hand towels with similar quality with nearly 40% cheaper. The delivery was fast 48 hours, product was great quality and works perfect. Thank you Selco for the savings. Tork product are ridiculous prices!

Disappointing Service Placed an order for bin bags on the 13th April 2023 and still awaiting there arrival. Had sent an email on the 20th April to query the status of order with no response. Rang the company on the 24th April who advised that the bags I had ordered were not in stock but would have similar non branded available. Received an email to say that they were dispatched with a tracking number. When tracked the order with the courier the label does not exist. Sent an email on the 26th April and still awaiting a response. Update: Followed up on my email on the 27th April with a call advising that the package still hadn't arrived and that there was no info on the courier website. Advised that I would expect a full refund if the order was not received in full by the 28th April as it was over two weeks from the order was placed. 28th April - Missed a call from company however did receive a follow up email advising that the courier had lost the original package and that a replacement would be sent out for my attention. I explained again that i needed the order by the 28th April and that as they had not arrived expected full refund as did not want a replacement order to be delivered. Update: 5th May - Full refund received from the company.

Very poor quality of item I purchased Very poor quality of item I purchased. Initially I didn’t get anywhere by email. I did phone a number of times but I was told the item was perfect leaving their base. I found the person I was dealing with very unhelpful. I returned the item for them to view and eventually I got a replacement. I was I had read the reviews of this company first.
