Never sent my order. I ordered on 03-04-09. I cancelled the order on 04-01-09 No delivery or any updates on status of my order.

Never received my goods Never received my goods. After trying calling them several times and failed to get anyone on the other side. Send them msg saying never got my item which is over 2 weeks. Got a reply asking my address. Not trust worthy company at all. Scammer!!!! Had to ask PayPal to step in to get my refund.

Terrible service late delivery. I placed an order for an item that was in stock on a Friday lunchtime and paid for 1-2 day delivery. It had not turned up by the following Tuesday and they have not replied to my email. No answer when I tried to call. Will not be using them again.

SJ Discount Tools is a Rip Off! 7 weeks after paying them over $700 I still have received nothing but excuses and lies. I'm hoping my credit card company can get my money back, but I strongly advise others not to give these scammers any of your hard-earned money. A quick web search will show dozens of unhappy customers - most of whom never received anything from this Ohio based company. Avoid them like the plague!
