SJ Discount Tools is a Rip Off! 7 weeks after paying them over $700 I still have received nothing but excuses and lies. I'm hoping my credit card company can get my money back, but I strongly advise others not to give these scammers any of your hard-earned money. A quick web search will show dozens of unhappy customers - most of whom never received anything from this Ohio based company. Avoid them like the plague!

non delivery my order # was94113ordered on 3/23/09. Got e-mail stating they did not sell in my state. still took the money out of my acct. can not contact as they refuse to give me a phone number to call. my order # 94113

Parts never dispatched I ordered several parts which never got dispatched. Nearly 1 week after ordering on 1-2 day delivery they still hadn't been dispatched Unfriendly and unprofessional on the phone......order cancelled waiting for refund.

Terrible service late delivery. I placed an order for an item that was in stock on a Friday lunchtime and paid for 1-2 day delivery. It had not turned up by the following Tuesday and they have not replied to my email. No answer when I tried to call. Will not be using them again.
