I really enjoy the curriculum of… I really enjoy the curriculum of Z-Health. Dr. Cobb is a great instructor who knows how to catch someones mind! You get offered so many extra stuff, which provides you with extra skill and performance information. Nevertheless i really looking forward for something called "guiding thread". The instructor ofentimes switches from page 1 to 99 in the presentation and it's ofentimes hard to follow the printed version of the powerpoint-examples.

Z-Health classes help me move more fluidly and with more strength. I've been studying Z-Health classes for a couple of months now, most days studying 1-3 hours, though occasionally missing days. I completed Essentials of Elite Performance and over half of R phase. I love the course. I always enjoy the lessons and have learned lots of ways to be more aware in my own body. I teach online tai chi classes and have been able to use what I learn in the classes to help my students become more present in their bodies, and to move with more ease. I have the time and motivation to do the full z-health series. However, the cost of the classes is very high. Cost is my limiting factor in taking additional classes. Thankfully, the company does sometimes run sales which helps make at least some of the classes more possible for me to afford.

Z-Health delivers I have been working my way through the elite performance program and am very excited to continue on with the R & I trainings. There is so much fantastic information in the course. They have done a great job of taking a complex system and breaking it down into information that can be understood by anybody. They also give practical applications for everything being taught, so it was incredible to take stuff I learned in the first few hours and see actual results with the clients I work with. I’ve taken quite a few online certification courses and many of them are hard to get through, strictly because the delivery of the information wasn’t done well or was outright boring to listen to. The lessons I’ve done so far are engaging, funny and make you feel like you’re in the classroom with a great instructor. I’ve been very impressed and happy so far!

Extraordinary quality The teaching is of an extraordinary high quality. Dr Cobb is a genius! He explains everything very clearly balancing the amount of theory with sufficient demonstration and practical applications. The supportive materials in the forms of handbook and downloadable videos are very useful. Very high quality!

Great information, but not designed for online Great information, if it were in-person. This course was full of great information, but hard to follow as an online course when it was clearly designed for in-person teaching. I believe really good online content and learning is designed with different teaching methodology and delivery than simply taping an in-person course and playing it. It is disappointing that we are so far into the pandemic, causing all learning to take place online, and yet the courses are still just taped from in-person learning times. These courses are expensive and I'd love to see them designed and presented specifically for this online format. We are all challenged by these new circumstances, but paying lots of money for classes that were intended for in-person, taped live, and lack editing of the parts intended for the people there is disappointing.
