Never a disappointment I have been apart of Zhealth for several yrs and have never been disappointed in their approach to health and wellness. Seeing things at a different angle, doing things from a different perspective is what people really need.

Z-Health classes help me move more fluidly and with more strength. I've been studying Z-Health classes for a couple of months now, most days studying 1-3 hours, though occasionally missing days. I completed Essentials of Elite Performance and over half of R phase. I love the course. I always enjoy the lessons and have learned lots of ways to be more aware in my own body. I teach online tai chi classes and have been able to use what I learn in the classes to help my students become more present in their bodies, and to move with more ease. I have the time and motivation to do the full z-health series. However, the cost of the classes is very high. Cost is my limiting factor in taking additional classes. Thankfully, the company does sometimes run sales which helps make at least some of the classes more possible for me to afford.

This is really awesome organisation This is really awesome organisation. Very cognitive educational videos that help to beat my clients movement issues, and my own. A nice bonus that this system helps me to stay sought after as movement specialist in my workplace. In high regard to z health performance!

Valuable applied neurology resource Videos are clear and packed full of information. Course materials include course manual, powerpoint, B&W powerpoint (multiple slides per page), presentation videos (streamed and downloadable), resource videos (also streamed and downloadable), and research articles. As the course progressed, some of my questions that arose early on were answered just through basic course material. However, each participant has access to an educational advisor who is available via email/scheduled phone call to address other questions. Bonus material included "gyms" for vision, balance, strength/stamina, breathing plus access to the 3 pillars program. I can only imagine how much more useful the course would be in an in-person setting. Perhaps there will be opportunities for on-site "alumni" gatherings to review material in person.
