Basic questions at least should be answered correctly. Before purchase the second exam I notify the web site for this issue but they confirmed that the answers are 100% correct but I can confirm they are not answering the right answers. They have good and fast customer support but with wrong answers no use of the support.

Fantastic Customer Service After a tricky start where I was not happy with the inclusion of my password in plain text in the welcome email, I emailed their support, and I have to say they were fantastic. They got back to me in very quick time and reassured me that all passwords were encrypted with industry standard hashing algorithms and they removed the plaintext password from the welcome email. I will be using their service.

Bought a package called " Unlimited… Bought a package called "Unlimited lifetime membership" somewhere 3 years ago from them, it was canceled with a very poor excuse from their side saying "lifetime membership is 3 years or 1095 days" - which was not mentioned anywhere (not even with small letters :) ) and I am pretty sure that they have just made up that excuse to bully out customers like me. I actually paid for that package somewhere around 500$ USD and it was a 50% discount at that time. So beware, they can easily change their mind what their packages include. Also, the exam dumps are pretty much outdated even though it shows a recent update. I have confirmed this by comparing exam dumps with other services. So there - 1 star from me! Outdated dumps/Fake promises/No response to emails They don't stand by their promise on refund. Have sent so many emails/reminders on this. Not even got an acknowledgement. On top of all, their dumps are not up to date. Tried for a couple of Oracle exams. Waste of time & money. More than money, relationship should be professional/ethical, to be in the market.
