GBThe professors were excellent The professors were excellent. It felt like they really cared about me and my progress, I wasn’t just a number in the class. The student teaching professors were exceptionally amazing! Trying to get questions answered by my credential program or any other department was a headache. It took multiple emails and weeks of go around before I would get an answer from people. It was very very frustrating and one of the biggest reasons I hesitate to recommend this school.

GBCurrent student I have been attending NU for the past six months. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed my professors but find it hard that they do not follow the same class structure. If the curriculum/expectations followed a designated outline, each class would be easier to follow. Highly recommend the monthly semesters, but be prepared to work hard as this program style is accelerated.

GBMy Experience... When I first registered for classes and during my first couple of classes it was an amazing experience. I loved my professors Dr. Johnson, and Dr. Bazan-Shipp, they were awesome! However, there were a few professors that made my experience drop. It was hard to believe that professors had no idea what was on the Brightspace app. and were given different information making us work on things we shouldn't. Then, finding out that the Praxis exam is a NU requirement and not all universities, I personally think that extra stress added to what we already had is unnecessary. (Sorry, that's how I feel)

GBWorking Adult Master’s in Engineering Management As a busy working adult, I decided to finish my master’s degree here. The program was flexible to my schedule and I felt that I got a lot out of it. All of the assignments centered around working as a team for my program, Engineering Management. The only suggestion I can make is to have a stronger alumni network for job placement. Lucky for me, I was able to leverage my degree for a significant salary increase with another company.
