GBCome with basic knowledge of networking and linux I attended this program because it was at an accelerated pace and I wanted to complete as soon as possible. On the downside, there is so much wealth of knowledge out there that it is impossible to cover every basis. I did learn a lot related to wireless, cloud, audits, pentesting, etc. I wish there was a course on digital forensics as well. As with any educational institution, only after graduating, I became aware of what I don't know and what I need to learn on my own moving forward.

GBKim is an amazing academic counselor! Kim Yarbrough is an amazing academic counselor! She has really been a great resource and personal cheerleader! I am blessed to have someone in my corner when navigating schooling at such a crucial time in my life. Thank you Kim!

GBTerrible student finance support. I've been attending this school since the beginning of 2022. Every time I get a Pell Grant disbursement I have to call and make sure I can get that money disbursed to me. If I don't they'll keep the money without saying a word. My tuition is covered by the VR&E program yet my account balance is absurdly high. Every time I call the financial aid department for an explanation their representatives act like they no nothing nor have the knowledge to correct a mistake. My academic/financial advisor is terrible at getting back to me. I called and emailed about a month ago only for her to barely call me back yesterday with no results. If it wasn't for my VR&E program keeping me in their bachelor's program I would have tried my best to transfer out already. There's been countless times where their financial aid representatives say they will call me back with answers but I never receive a call back. I have to follow up just to make sure they're doing their job properly.

GBPressure, Overpriced and misguidance No matter how many times I informed admissions I was no longer interested almost daily did they call to harass about enrollment. They continuously pushed me toward a degree that did not align with my career path but did add on classes so they could get more money out of me. Overall very disappointing university. I switched to SNHU and never looked back now I get to graduate fast without debt and a concentration in my actual field of study.

GBThe courses were very flexible and the… The courses were very flexible and the curriculum was very relevant. My only critique would be that the quality of professors vary. Some are clearly passionate about teaching and their discipline. Others are focused on managing the class rather than teaching the class.
