Could use more time Intake call was on time, I would suggest allowing two hours per session for thoroughness.

Trusting the Process What made my experience great, was that not only did VA claims Academy help and assist with new claims, but helped with past claims and listened and cared about my time in service and wanted to help improve my life after my time in service. They explained each step and process and for the first time felt like everything was going to turn out good for not only me, but my family.

If you can refrain from paying those other companies your back pay, and just being patient and uploading the correct documents and statements.
