Unable to get assitance Well, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I have viewed all of the lessons, but now I need help navigating to talk to someone specific, and on the website, the only thing I keep seeing is the lessons I have already viewed. It will not deviate from the lesson plans, and I can't see anything else to go to the help section. The lessons were very helpful, but now I need to get to the next step and can't get a hold of anyone.

Trusting the Process What made my experience great, was that not only did VA claims Academy help and assist with new claims, but helped with past claims and listened and cared about my time in service and wanted to help improve my life after my time in service.
