The album is beautiful and the podcast… The album is beautiful and the podcast series is super engaging and challenging - a space to be real and dig deep into the most radical teachings of Jesus.

My life is forever changed by The View From Here! The Beatitudes project eCourse has really impacted how I see others in Jesus' eyes. It is a beautiful program that reminds us to look around us and see God in people, circumstances, and in our hearts for Jesus. If we want to transform the world, this is a great place to start, and I highly recommend this program. Would make a great Church program and also a must view for missionary teams. Thank you Stu for opening my eyes to injustice, and demonstrating how to love my neighbor as myself! Blessings, Pamela

The Beatitudes Project - a real blessing to me The Beatitudes project has been a wonderful experience for me. It’s given my faith a real lift. My introduction to the project was through the podcasts, which are wonderful conversations between hosts Stu and Brian. The conversations are so inviting to listen to (it feels like sitting in with a couple of old friends) yet also challenging and full of thought provoking insights. I think this is a reflection of the course as a whole: the feeling of being invited in and encouraged to think, yet also being challenged to apply the beatitudes to the way we live. There is a lot of depth to the course, and clearly a lot of time and love has gone into producing all the resources. I love that all the different resources in the course come together and give you time to really focus on a particular area. The idea of putting aside what we think we know, coming with fresh ears, and learning how to stop and truly listen feels so refreshing in the midst of the instant culture that we live in. It's a deep dive into these amazing words of Jesus and how we live them out today, and I highly recommend it.

A Creative and In-Depth Study of the Beatitudes In all fairness, I must disclose that I've been a huge fan of Stu G's work for a long time and so I bought both his album and documentary right after both were released. When he emailed out asking for reviews I jumped on the opportunity to tell others about the fine work Stu does. So, this is not an unbiased review. :) Nonetheless, I feel that all of the material associated with the Beatitudes Project is rich, thoughtful, and really well made. I am working my way through the weekly study material and find it very engaging. Approaching the Beatitudes from an artistic perspective gives these resources a unique perspective that I think many will find refreshing. Stu has really brought together a diverse group throughout the interviews that bring a full picture to the study, from scholars to artists to normal everyday folks. I have not tried this as a group study and so don't know entirely how well it works in that format but I hope to try to lead it in a group setting soon. Great work Stu!

The course was good The course was good - though somewhat repetitive from other materials you've created. I'd also think about what you can do to make it more interactive - more lean forward vs. lean back?
