Great way to find support & give back I’ve had 2 great apprentices through Acadium and one not so great. The not so great match was my second one. It was obvious within a week it wasn’t going to work. Acadium stayed in touch to see how things were going and were quick to find a replacement. They also ensured that my 3 month period started again so I didn’t miss out on time. One downside is the auto renew. You need to make sure you cancel it well in advance, which is fine as your existing apprenticeship continues until ot ends anyway.

I have completed an apprenticeship… I have completed an apprenticeship program with the Acadium successfully. The good thing about this program is that they are going to find you an experienced mentor to match with you in 3 days and you will have an interview with that mentor and then if everything goes well they teach you what ever you want to learn in any specific area and you can upgrade your skills and learn about the industry that you try to get into. And by the end you will receive a certificate of completion which is very good and you can add it to your resume.

Any concerns and queries were immediately addressed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone else and would benefit from their apprenticeship program again in the future.

Thank you, Acadium! Acadium is truly looking out for their trainees. They keep checking in with you to make sure everything is going as it should. Apart from the mentor you work with during your traineeship, you get a personal advisor. This way, you don't feel like you are on your own should anything go wrong. You get the feeling that you are a part of a team. An amazing team, that is. They vet the trainees, as well as the mentors, making sure that people who join have a genuine motivation to be a part of it. As of the mentors and traineeships, I can only say great things. I had one traineeship so far and it was an incredibly enriching experience. What everyone says in the reviews is true: you get out of the traineeship what you put into it. If you are motivated and willing to put in time and effort, you will have an extremely rewarding experience. If you wonder whether you should or shouldn't join Acadium, I can warmly recommend that you do. For me, it was a true revelation in 2023 and the best decision I made was to join. I keep being grateful for their hard work and dedication to build this community and help the best way that they can. So, thank you, Acadium!

Grossly Unqualified Interns I joined Acadium three months ago. I have had three separate interns during that time. The first had no idea what they were doing. The next two quit unexpectedly in the second week after I had done all the front-end onboarding work (I did it with each intern, probably 20hours of my time total). None of them were able to perform even basic social media marketing, even after several hours of one-on-one mentoring. In the end, Acadium has my money (no refund policy) and I spent too many hours with clearly unqualified interns and absolutely zero help with my business. I don't know where they find the interns, but clearly they are not very discerning. I will also say their sales team is high pressure, the kind where I'll talk to my manager price but you have to sign up today - I can't believe I fell for it. Could not recommend them less.
