Great way to find support & give back I’ve had 2 great apprentices through Acadium and one not so great. The not so great match was my second one. It was obvious within a week it wasn’t going to work. Acadium stayed in touch to see how things were going and were quick to find a replacement. They also ensured that my 3 month period started again so I didn’t miss out on time. One downside is the auto renew. You need to make sure you cancel it well in advance, which is fine as your existing apprenticeship continues until ot ends anyway.

She is so lovely to work with and always provides constructive feedback when necessary. The perfect platform for those who need their first chance Acadium provided a platform through which I connected with the perfect mentor relative to my personality and desires for an internship. I have the vision of becoming a social media manager and Acadium connected me with a company in which I could take the skills and knowledge that I have acquired and use them in a practical context. Acadium provided me with the break I needed to get the ball rolling in my career.

Wonderful experience! From the initial call, to going through the selection process to bring on an intern, to how amazing the Intern was – everything has been wonderful The only negative I can tell you, is, we had the best intern in the universe… And can only hope the next Intern is just as good!! The Acadiam program, is simple to navigate, they are very thorough in ensuring that you have all of the tools you need to bring on an intern that can assist your business. They follow up with you on a regular basis, and have weekly reviews that you and your intern provide.
