Happy and satisfied Acadium is a great platform for growing your skills or testing your interests in marketing. They provide quick but valuable courses, offer micro tasks to apply your knowledge, and best of all, connect you with fantastic mentors that can guide you as you apply your skills to their business. The team at Acadium are prompt, pleasant and helpful. They always check up on you to see your progress, offer help where necessary and don't spam. I enjoyed my apprenticeship and I'm looking forward to more that Acadium has to offer. (P.s, I joined Acadium November 2023)

Predatory business practices We have been a non-stop subscriber since the company was called GenM many years ago. We had a couple of successful internships along with several more that were definitely more hassle than they were worth. The only predictable aspect was Acadium’s increasingly predatory business practices. Nowadays they will lock you in, steal credits you have already paid for if you cancel sub, and will change pricing structures at their whim. The final straw for us was a price increase from $147 to $499/quarter which we were not aware of and did not consent to. Within days of being charged we reached out to support and requested a refund (we had not used the service in over two years). The answer was a dismissive ‘no chance’ using a few more words. Avoid this company - they do not respect you and will screw you over sooner or later.

Business Business. Would not recommmend. Interns were not of quality our company was searching for. Inquired about an amicable pro-rated refund which company was unwilling to entertain. They talk about refunds for "unique circumstances" and "internal refund policy".

Wonderful Platform & Hands-On Experience The platform was very easy to navigate, and the placement process for interviewing with a mentor was really smooth. The hands-on experience I gained was amazing, and I'm really grateful to Acadium and my mentor for the wonderful experience.

Thanks a lot Team Acadium! I was a recent graduate of Digital Marketing from U of T and lacked experience in professional settings. I learned a lot through the apprenticeship experience from Acadium. My mentor Zed was an amazing coach.
