Thank you, Acadium! Acadium is truly looking out for their trainees. They keep checking in with you to make sure everything is going as it should. Apart from the mentor you work with during your traineeship, you get a personal advisor. This way, you don't feel like you are on your own should anything go wrong. You get the feeling that you are a part of a team. An amazing team, that is. They vet the trainees, as well as the mentors, making sure that people who join have a genuine motivation to be a part of it. As of the mentors and traineeships, I can only say great things. I had one traineeship so far and it was an incredibly enriching experience. What everyone says in the reviews is true: you get out of the traineeship what you put into it. If you are motivated and willing to put in time and effort, you will have an extremely rewarding experience. If you wonder whether you should or shouldn't join Acadium, I can warmly recommend that you do. For me, it was a true revelation in 2023 and the best decision I made was to join. Great experience! My time with Acadium has been fantastic. The platform offers an impressive array of resources and is incredibly well-organized. Throughout my apprenticeship, I felt supported yet given the freedom to learn independently. I successfully completed my apprenticeship, and if I were to offer advice, I'd suggest clarifying goals with your mentor beforehand. Overall, I highly recommend Acadium for anyone looking for a structured and supportive start to their career journey.

I have completed an apprenticeship… I have completed an apprenticeship program with the Acadium successfully. The good thing about this program is that they are going to find you an experienced mentor to match with you in 3 days and you will have an interview with that mentor and then if everything goes well they teach you what ever you want to learn in any specific area and you can upgrade your skills and learn about the industry that you try to get into. And by the end you will receive a certificate of completion which is very good and you can add it to your resume.

Predatory business practices We have been a non-stop subscriber since the company was called GenM many years ago. We had a couple of successful internships along with several more that were definitely more hassle than they were worth. The only predictable aspect was Acadium’s increasingly predatory business practices. Nowadays they will lock you in, steal credits you have already paid for if you cancel sub, and will change pricing structures at their whim. The final straw for us was a price increase from $147 to $499/quarter which we were not aware of and did not consent to. Within days of being charged we reached out to support and requested a refund (we had not used the service in over two years). The answer was a dismissive ‘no chance’ using a few more words. Avoid this company - they do not respect you and will screw you over sooner or later.
