Predatory business practices We have been a non-stop subscriber since the company was called GenM many years ago. We had a couple of successful internships along with several more that were definitely more hassle than they were worth. The only predictable aspect was Acadium’s increasingly predatory business practices. Nowadays they will lock you in, steal credits you have already paid for if you cancel sub, and will change pricing structures at their whim. The final straw for us was a price increase from $147 to $499/quarter which we were not aware of and did not consent to. Within days of being charged we reached out to support and requested a refund (we had not used the service in over two years). The answer was a dismissive ‘no chance’ using a few more words. Avoid this company - they do not respect you and will screw you over sooner or later.

I never knew my story writing gift can… I never knew my story writing gift can be deployed in marketing until I encountered Acadium platform and their mentors. I saw the business value of my artistic talent. I was matched with the right persons that can help deploy my skills appropriately. I am fired up to vigorously pursue a career in digital marketing, CRM and PR. The fact that I do not have a degree in any of these areas does not deter me. Acadium gave me this confidence.

Thanks a lot Team Acadium! I was a recent graduate of Digital Marketing from U of T and lacked experience in professional settings. I learned a lot through the apprenticeship experience from Acadium. Acadium has been a wonderful… Acadium has been a wonderful opportunity for me to mentor young interns while receiving quality work and ideas from a younger generation. So far, both of my interns have completed their tasks in honorable fashion...very proud of them both!

The team at Acadium are prompt, pleasant and helpful. They always check up on you to see your progress, offer help where necessary and don't spam.
