I have the vision of becoming a social media manager and Acadium connected me with a company in which I could take the skills and knowledge that I have acquired and use them in a practical context. Wonderful experience! From the initial call, to going through the selection process to bring on an intern, to how amazing the Intern was – everything has been wonderful The only negative I can tell you, is, we had the best intern in the universe… And can only hope the next Intern is just as good!! The Acadiam program, is simple to navigate, they are very thorough in ensuring that you have all of the tools you need to bring on an intern that can assist your business. They follow up with you on a regular basis, and have weekly reviews that you and your intern provide.

I successfully completed my apprenticeship, and if I were to offer advice, I'd suggest clarifying goals with your mentor beforehand.
