Great experience! My time with Acadium has been fantastic. The platform offers an impressive array of resources and is incredibly well-organized. Throughout my apprenticeship, I felt supported yet given the freedom to learn independently. I successfully completed my apprenticeship, and if I were to offer advice, I'd suggest clarifying goals with your mentor beforehand. Overall, I highly recommend Acadium for anyone looking for a structured and supportive start to their career journey.

Thank you, Acadium! Acadium is truly looking out for their trainees. They keep checking in with you to make sure everything is going as it should. Apart from the mentor you work with during your traineeship, you get a personal advisor. This way, you don't feel like you are on your own should anything go wrong. You get the feeling that you are a part of a team. An amazing team, that is. They vet the trainees, as well as the mentors, making sure that people who join have a genuine motivation to be a part of it. As of the mentors and traineeships, I can only say great things. I had one traineeship so far and it was an incredibly enriching experience. What everyone says in the reviews is true: you get out of the traineeship what you put into it. If you are motivated and willing to put in time and effort, you will have an extremely rewarding experience. If you wonder whether you should or shouldn't join Acadium, I can warmly recommend that you do. For me, it was a true revelation in 2023 and the best decision I made was to join. A great experience! I am just blessed to have had the chance to be an apprentice through Acadium. This journey has completely changed my situation, as I completed the apprenticeship with PokitPal. The perfect platform for those who need their first chance Acadium provided a platform through which I connected with the perfect mentor relative to my personality and desires for an internship.
