Acadium has been a wonderful… Acadium has been a wonderful opportunity for me to mentor young interns while receiving quality work and ideas from a younger generation. So far, both of my interns have completed their tasks in honorable fashion...very proud of them both!

Great way to find support & give back I’ve had 2 great apprentices through Acadium and one not so great. The not so great match was my second one. It was obvious within a week it wasn’t going to work. Acadium stayed in touch to see how things were going and were quick to find a replacement. They also ensured that my 3 month period started again so I didn’t miss out on time. One downside is the auto renew. You need to make sure you cancel it well in advance, which is fine as your existing apprenticeship continues until ot ends anyway.

I never knew my story writing gift can… I never knew my story writing gift can be deployed in marketing until I encountered Acadium platform and their mentors. I saw the business value of my artistic talent. I was matched with the right persons that can help deploy my skills appropriately. I am fired up to vigorously pursue a career in digital marketing, CRM and PR. The fact that I do not have a degree in any of these areas does not deter me. Acadium gave me this confidence.

They provide quick but valuable courses, offer micro tasks to apply your knowledge, and best of all, connect you with fantastic mentors that can guide you as you apply your skills to their business. The team at Acadium are prompt, pleasant and helpful. They always check up on you to see your progress, offer help where necessary and don't spam. Wonderful experience! From the initial call, to going through the selection process to bring on an intern, to how amazing the Intern was – everything has been wonderful The only negative I can tell you, is, we had the best intern in the universe… And can only hope the next Intern is just as good!! The Acadiam program, is simple to navigate, they are very thorough in ensuring that you have all of the tools you need to bring on an intern that can assist your business. They follow up with you on a regular basis, and have weekly reviews that you and your intern provide.
