They provide quick but valuable courses, offer micro tasks to apply your knowledge, and best of all, connect you with fantastic mentors that can guide you as you apply your skills to their business. The team at Acadium are prompt, pleasant and helpful. They always check up on you to see your progress, offer help where necessary and don't spam. Thank you, Acadium! Acadium is truly looking out for their trainees. They keep checking in with you to make sure everything is going as it should. Apart from the mentor you work with during your traineeship, you get a personal advisor. This way, you don't feel like you are on your own should anything go wrong. You get the feeling that you are a part of a team. An amazing team, that is. They vet the trainees, as well as the mentors, making sure that people who join have a genuine motivation to be a part of it. As of the mentors and traineeships, I can only say great things. I had one traineeship so far and it was an incredibly enriching experience. What everyone says in the reviews is true: you get out of the traineeship what you put into it. If you are motivated and willing to put in time and effort, you will have an extremely rewarding experience. If you wonder whether you should or shouldn't join Acadium, I can warmly recommend that you do. For me, it was a true revelation in 2023 and the best decision I made was to join. I keep being grateful for their hard work and dedication to build this community and help the best way that they can. So, thank you, Acadium!

My experience has been nothing short of… My experience has been nothing short of amazing. I had an easy interview and onboarding with my mentor. She is so lovely to work with and always provides constructive feedback when necessary. When it comes to content creation, the company gave me creative freedom and so this helped me nurture my skills and put them to great use. Thank you Acadium

I have completed an apprenticeship… I have completed an apprenticeship program with the Acadium successfully. The good thing about this program is that they are going to find you an experienced mentor to match with you in 3 days and you will have an interview with that mentor and then if everything goes well they teach you what ever you want to learn in any specific area and you can upgrade your skills and learn about the industry that you try to get into. And by the end you will receive a certificate of completion which is very good and you can add it to your resume.

Acadium has been a wonderful… Acadium has been a wonderful opportunity for me to mentor young interns while receiving quality work and ideas from a younger generation. So far, both of my interns have completed their tasks in honorable fashion...very proud of them both!
