Finally at 100% For years, I tried everything to improve my health. I saw countless doctors, tried every supplement and protocol out there, but nothing seemed to work for my brain fog, thyroid problems, poor sleep, and gut issues. I was starting to give up hope. Then, I found Dr. Dylan Petkus through my usual searching online. Although I was really skeptical in the beginning, through their guidance and support, I finally found the answers I was looking for! I discovered that good health is about more than just taking the right supplements and micromanaging everything that I eat; it's about making lifestyle changes based on the principles they teach. Outstanding program! Outstanding program that helped me go from mostly low-energy days to consistently high-energy day where I wake up feeling refreshed and stoked about the day. The improvement in my sleep has been a total game changer: no more lying in bed awake an hour or two a night! What a shift from dreading going to bed to being excited. This program is exactly what I needed This program is exactly what I needed. I'm only a third done and the improvements have been tremendous. Highly recommended for those struggling with sleep and health issues, but you have to be highly motivated to make lifestyle changes!

Invest your time in other things Invest your time in other things. I agree with other reviews that emphasize how manipulative and scripted the tactics were. I also couldn’t find evidence that they were doctors when using the docinfo.org. The theory is good - but there are many other resources out there offered by people I respect much more highly. I plan to do my own research into mitochondrial dysfunction. Here’s a few things that have helped so far: Dr. Terry Wahls Irene Lyon Dr. Rhonda Patrick - she interviewed a Dr. Panda about circadian rhythms Dr. Mark Hyman Zesty Ginger Article on micronutrients for mitochondrial health: search ā€œ Feeding mitochondria: Potential role of nutritional components to improve critical illness convalescenceā€ Best of luck to everyone - you can do it without spending $8000, and while being treated with the basic respect you deserve as a human being!

Best use of my healthcare dollars! I joined Optimal Circadian Health coaching after struggling for over a year with debilitating fatigue associated with autoimmune illness. By that point, I gave up hope of having a normal life and just wanted to be able to function enough to get through my day and meet the bare minimum requirements of work and parenting obligations. Within 3 weeks on the program, I started waking up rested after only 6-7 hours of sleep (I previously needed at least 9 and still woke up exhausted and depleted). Within 8 weeks, I was able to walk normally and not feel like I was carrying 100lbs backpack at all times. This is an ongoing journey for me but I keep hitting milestone after milestone the longer I stick with the program. The latest win was being able to travel with my daughter for the first time in 3 years, which felt truly magical. I am eternally grateful to Optimal Circadian Health for what they do. The team is absolutely phenomenal - knowledgeable, supportive, and unconditionally compassionate. I can wholeheartedly say that this is the best money I ever spent. I recommend this program all the time to friends and family who struggle with fatigue. Give it a try, it may just change your life!
