All in all, better than most brands, but not perfect The regular pouches are comfortable and not rough on the gums, the flavor is a bit lacking though and even the 12mg pouches don't actually feel that strong compared to other brands 12mg pouches. The breaker pouches have a lot of flavor, and even the 8mg pouches feel stronger than the regular 12mg ones, but the breaker pouches aren't primed and they are coated in an unpleasant dust that gets everywhere when opening the pack. All in all, they're not perfect, but I have yet to find any pouches that are, so these are pretty decent all things considered.

It's the Taste and the Customer Service for me Made an order about a week ago that got lost in transit. The Lucy team identified the problem immediately and the re-shipped the order and I received it the next day. These Kapsel pouches are on a completely different level when it comes to taste and quality versus the competition. The pouch is strong and doesn't get slimy. Need that flavor boost? Boom! Crush the flavor Kapsel and your experience is reinvigorated.

Trustpilot Makes Good Sometimes people try to deceive you because you’re old. It happened when we were at our 1st and only Princess shore excursion at St Martin. It was very disappointing. Billed as “a rum and reggae” beach party, there was no beach, and trim young men weren’t playing volleyball or doing the limbo. The only reggae was on the radio, and no one was dancing. When asked for a review, I was very harsh, and I thought that was the end. It wasn’t. Craig from Trustpilot called to tell me that I will be reimbursed for the excursion and that makes it all good. WOW. A company that actually backs up their promise. I should complain more often.

-Seamless transition from dip with 12mg -Seamless transition from dip with 12mg -Consistent nicotine release over time -My office smells better -No teeth staining -Great flavor-a little sweet -Less conspicuous -fewer tobacco related headaches -smaller can size, fits in pocket better -Shipment packaging a little rough -Shipment lead time a little inconvenient Overall, well worth the premium

Product quality is rapidly declining Product quality is rapidly declining. Switched from Swedish made nicotine pouches with great flavor to chinese made pouches that taste awful. Desperately searching for a new nicotine provider after years of satisfaction with Lucy. Very sad.
