The Lucy service was great! The Lucy service was great. The starter price was so affordable that it was an easy decision to try. My order came quickly and as intended. For some reason, I never got an email to activate my Lucy account, but I was able to chat with a representative who got me straightened away almost instantly. My correspondent was friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my experience.

Product quality is rapidly declining Product quality is rapidly declining. Switched from Swedish made nicotine pouches with great flavor to chinese made pouches that taste awful. Desperately searching for a new nicotine provider after years of satisfaction with Lucy. Very sad.

I ❤ Lucy I started smoking on my 18th birthday. Lucy is THE only practice that has kept me from smoking cigarettes, since day one! The flavor is sincerely delicious; honestly good (forget about the nicotine). Any time I am around smokers I just pop a piece of gum. I've never even thought about going back! This is guilt-free nicotine. No smell, no secondhand smoke, no leaving the party to go outside for five minutes, no cravings during a sporting event or show... It is still an appetite suppressant, still gives you that inate sense of energy, and still actually tastes great! Pomegranate is my favorite. I Love Lucy ❤️

Great flavors though deffinantly great product just isn't for me and my condition.

All in all, better than most brands, but not perfect The regular pouches are comfortable and not rough on the gums, the flavor is a bit lacking though and even the 12mg pouches don't actually feel that strong compared to other brands 12mg pouches. The breaker pouches have a lot of flavor, and even the 8mg pouches feel stronger than the regular 12mg ones, but the breaker pouches aren't primed and they are coated in an unpleasant dust that gets everywhere when opening the pack. All in all, they're not perfect, but I have yet to find any pouches that are, so these are pretty decent all things considered.
