I wish I had found this site before I… I wish I had found this site before I made my Black Friday purchase to Cybrary!! So many people are saying the EXACT SAME THING I am currently or have previously experienced with this company!! It's maddening! 1. 75% if not more of the "training" you get on the site can be obtained for free from YouTube or for MUCH CHEAPER on Udemy. 2. Make COMPLETELY SURE when you make a purchase from them, that it is EXACTLY what you want. They DO NOT refund purchases! I made a purchase on Black Friday of 2023 and after 1 hour of surfing the site and seeing what I purchased, I realized I had been "scammed" and immediately asked for a refund through their support contact, only to be denied. I informed them that I purchased it 1 hour ago and they stated they have a "no refund policy", which is visible on their website. 3. Not a professional company by any means. 4. Issues using it with Chrome Browser. Need a workaround. 5. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again! By far the worst $300 I ever spent.

Fancy marketing but - Caveat Emptor! Caveat Emptor. The marketing is fancy, but it's a mixed bag. I want to like Cybrary, but it just feels too half-baked right now. Some courses are basic beyond belief, I've been relying on YouTube for material to support certs as a result. Other courses have been 'coming soon' for in excess of a year. A few labs just don't work. Support for said issues is non-existent. The real kicker is when me or colleagues spend hours completing labs, to find that progress hasn't been recorded whatsoever - yeah, I'm not repeating it. I'm feeding back to our company management they should under no circumstance renew our contract with Cybrary... at least until they have a finished, saleable product we can actually pay for.

Cybrary.it is a scam Cybrary.it is a scam. They stole money from my account in the name of auto-renew without any prior notification or without asking me. Their content is very poor in quality and of no use in professional world. Upon requesting a refund, their customer support did not entertain at all and just copied pasted some pre-made answers. We do have a grace period of at least 14 days prior to autorenew in Germany and companies must send an official notice before renewing a membership. A suggestion for everyone to start learn for free from youtube or paid from any other platform instead of this scam.

Yup, I knew it. /m\ I really enjoy my experience with cybrary, all the features within cybrary's hub/platform is amazingly convenient and insightful. Due to covid, I lost my job as a cook at Karl Strauss and my unemployment expired so I'm trying to find stable work whether temp agencies or getting that hustle on... You wouldn't know how real the struggle is being a 32 year old man trying to get by and still put time aside to do this, eventually get good enough to make this a career. Customer service is joke I never sign up for their service, yet somehow I got a charge for it. Contact their customer service, since I'm over the trial period; there is nothing they can do at their end. They suggest I change my username & password so it won't happen again. It's not like I sign up for monthly that would be so easy. I happen to sign up for a year's worth of their supposed program without knowing about it. Recommend for those who consider learning Cybersecurity don't enroll here. It is not the program that I'm worried about, the service & attitude of the people is what discourages here
