Fancy marketing but - Caveat Emptor! Caveat Emptor. The marketing is fancy, but it's a mixed bag. I want to like Cybrary, but it just feels too half-baked right now. Some courses are basic beyond belief, I've been relying on YouTube for material to support certs as a result. Other courses have been 'coming soon' for in excess of a year. A few labs just don't work. Support for said issues is non-existent. The real kicker is when me or colleagues spend hours completing labs, to find that progress hasn't been recorded whatsoever - yeah, I'm not repeating it. I'm feeding back to our company management they should under no circumstance renew our contract with Cybrary... at least until they have a finished, saleable product we can actually pay for.

Website and content is NOT good! Terrible user experience - I would give this less stars if possible. It's clear that the product team does not listen to user feedback or care about the experience the students engage in. I can't find anything when I log into my account. its a completely overwhelming hodgepodge of random courses, labs, some in packages some not. so many unnecessary duplicates everywhere. I'm not sure where to begin with how bad the website is - please fix it! Also, the content was just a bunch of videos. I joined up with Udemy and found better courses for 1/5 of the price. Not worth time or money.

Customer service is joke I never sign up for their service, yet somehow I got a charge for it. Contact their customer service, since I'm over the trial period; there is nothing they can do at their end. They suggest I change my username & password so it won't happen again. It's not like I sign up for monthly that would be so easy. I happen to sign up for a year's worth of their supposed program without knowing about it. Recommend for those who consider learning Cybersecurity don't enroll here. It is not the program that I'm worried about, the service & attitude of the people is what discourages here

Money grabs clear and simple Money grabs clear and simple. Originally purchase Insider Pro as a founding member, promised lifetime access for $50/year after. Then all a sudden they flip the table and charge $999/year for the same thing! Then automatically charge you for such automatically despite being told via email 40% off discount will be applied. Forums are dead, training is nothing you can't get elsewhere. It's a sinking ship that can't get their story straight.

Wish I could give them 0 stars Wish I could give them 0 stars. I have always loved cybrary up until now. I deleted my account. So I was excited to sign up for their annual subscription since work was paying for it. I tried enrolling all day today and kept getting errors. Just a few minutes ago I received a new error " can't create subscription for fraudulent customers." I'm offended!!! Like I said, I'm far from fraudulent. Also, their customer service is a joke. I emailed them, and I just had a dude reply back with my message quoted, that was it. I'll find another great resource like linux academy and spend my money there. Cybrary obviously didn't want my money nor value customers!!
