I have been stalking Cybrary from 2017… I have been stalking Cybrary from 2017 and still love it. To be frank, Cybrary has helped me during the transition from an IT guy to an Infosec guy. The content of each and every courses are to the point and Crisp.I recommend anyone asking me "How to get into Cyber Security"that they can take courses on Cybrary and get their fundamentals cleared.Also they can go for different career paths provided by Cybrary aligned with different skills.

New website sucks Cybrary member since 2016 From being the best platform for free cyber security resources. Cybrary has become a disgusting website where every course has a paid chapter to make you pay. certificates of completion for CPEs are also over, since you cannot get it if you have a missing chapter. The designer of the new web app should be executed, the user experience just sucks

Yup, I knew it. /m\ I really enjoy my experience with cybrary, all the features within cybrary's hub/platform is amazingly convenient and insightful. Due to covid, I lost my job as a cook at Karl Strauss and my unemployment expired so I'm trying to find stable work whether temp agencies or getting that hustle on... You wouldn't know how real the struggle is being a 32 year old man trying to get by and still put time aside to do this, eventually get good enough to make this a career. Wish I could give them 0 stars Wish I could give them 0 stars. I have always loved cybrary up until now. I deleted my account. So I was excited to sign up for their annual subscription since work was paying for it. I tried enrolling all day today and kept getting errors. Just a few minutes ago I received a new error " can't create subscription for fraudulent customers." I'm offended!!! Like I said, I'm far from fraudulent. Also, their customer service is a joke. I emailed them, and I just had a dude reply back with my message quoted, that was it. I'll find another great resource like linux academy and spend my money there. Cybrary obviously didn't want my money nor value customers!!

I wish I had found this site before I… I wish I had found this site before I made my Black Friday purchase to Cybrary!! So many people are saying the EXACT SAME THING I am currently or have previously experienced with this company!! It's maddening! 1. 75% if not more of the "training" you get on the site can be obtained for free from YouTube or for MUCH CHEAPER on Udemy. 2. Make COMPLETELY SURE when you make a purchase from them, that it is EXACTLY what you want. They DO NOT refund purchases! I made a purchase on Black Friday of 2023 and after 1 hour of surfing the site and seeing what I purchased, I realized I had been "scammed" and immediately asked for a refund through their support contact, only to be denied. I informed them that I purchased it 1 hour ago and they stated they have a "no refund policy", which is visible on their website. 3. Not a professional company by any means. 4. Issues using it with Chrome Browser. Need a workaround. 5. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again! By far the worst $300 I ever spent.
