Website and content is NOT good! Terrible user experience - I would give this less stars if possible. It's clear that the product team does not listen to user feedback or care about the experience the students engage in. I can't find anything when I log into my account. its a completely overwhelming hodgepodge of random courses, labs, some in packages some not. so many unnecessary duplicates everywhere. I'm not sure where to begin with how bad the website is - please fix it! Also, the content was just a bunch of videos. I joined up with Udemy and found better courses for 1/5 of the price. Not worth time or money.

Due to covid, I lost my job as a cook at Karl Strauss and my unemployment expired so I'm trying to find stable work whether temp agencies or getting that hustle on... You wouldn't know how real the struggle is being a 32 year old man trying to get by and still put time aside to do this, eventually get good enough to make this a career. Not to be trusted please read carefully: I studied months to get my skills certified and I passed over 20 exams. Today, when my employer asked me for my credentials and certifications, I checked and ALL the certified skills were gone! So, I am not running the risk to be out of a job, because my employer think that I lied about my certified skills. Please make yourself a favour and go elsewhere if you do not like the idea to study for nothing and worse to put your career at risk.

Cybrary is just an amazing platform Cybrary is just an amazing platform. Literally thousands of hours of quality content. You can find a course or a lab for just about everything, and they are constantly releasing new material. They also have highly responsive customer service. It's been worth every penny.

I wish I had found this site before I… I wish I had found this site before I made my Black Friday purchase to Cybrary!! So many people are saying the EXACT SAME THING I am currently or have previously experienced with this company!! It's maddening! 1. 75% if not more of the "training" you get on the site can be obtained for free from YouTube or for MUCH CHEAPER on Udemy. 2. Make COMPLETELY SURE when you make a purchase from them, that it is EXACTLY what you want. They DO NOT refund purchases! I made a purchase on Black Friday of 2023 and after 1 hour of surfing the site and seeing what I purchased, I realized I had been "scammed" and immediately asked for a refund through their support contact, only to be denied. I informed them that I purchased it 1 hour ago and they stated they have a "no refund policy", which is visible on their website. 3. Not a professional company by any means. 4. Issues using it with Chrome Browser. Need a workaround. 5. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again! By far the worst $300 I ever spent.
