GBGreat resource Cybrary offers great courses and member support. The career tracks are more thorough than learning on the job! I do wish course transcripts and subtitles were available. The publication dates for the courses should also be publicly visible, because this is IT - some courses contain outdated information, which is understandable but should be made known. It would also be helpful for course reviews to include public comments. Knowing why a course is rated low is helpful. Ultimately, I highly recommend Cybrary. And Cybrary subscription discount codes. GBGreatest investment I have made to date Cybrary is solely responsible for my passing the CompTIA A+ exam and is the reason I am going into my Net+ with confidence. I have learned a great deal through virtual labs, practice tests, recorded lessons, and the various other things they offer. The community is great as well. Got a question about the interview process for a tech job? Ask in discord. Just got a cert? Post it in discord and let the reactions and comments flow making you feel great about yourself. It is an all around wonderful experience and I rate it as a totally worthwile expense for starting or furthering your career in the IT industry. Invest in yourself.

GBFancy marketing but - Caveat Emptor! Caveat Emptor. The marketing is fancy, but it's a mixed bag. I want to like Cybrary, but it just feels too half-baked right now. Some courses are basic beyond belief, I've been relying on YouTube for material to support certs as a result. Other courses have been 'coming soon' for in excess of a year. A few labs just don't work. Support for said issues is non-existent. The real kicker is when me or colleagues spend hours completing labs, to find that progress hasn't been recorded whatsoever - yeah, I'm not repeating it. I'm feeding back to our company management they should under no circumstance renew our contract with Cybrary... at least until they have a finished, saleable product we can actually pay for.

NLNew website sucks Cybrary member since 2016 From being the best platform for free cyber security resources. Cybrary has become a disgusting website where every course has a paid chapter to make you pay. certificates of completion for CPEs are also over, since you cannot get it if you have a missing chapter. The designer of the new web app should be executed, the user experience just sucks

GBAvoid like the plague Signed up for a free defined 6-month period subscription from a third party but still had to provide my own payment details. None of the videos worked on my computer platform so couldn't do anything with it. I forgot all about it, expecting my 6-month voucher to naturally expire and not renew, but I was charged a stupidly large amount for a service I can't use. Despite asking for a refund and a cancellation, customer service just said it's not possible. Absolutely atrocious service, company, and quality of delivery.
