So I was excited to sign up for their annual subscription since work was paying for it. I tried enrolling all day today and kept getting errors. Just a few minutes ago I received a new error " can't create subscription for fraudulent customers." I'm offended!!! Like I said, I'm far from fraudulent. Also, their customer service is a joke. I emailed them, and I just had a dude reply back with my message quoted, that was it. I'll find another great resource like linux academy and spend my money there. Cybrary obviously didn't want my money nor value customers!!

Experience with Net+ and Fundamentals of IT This is from experience with the very basic courses and the Net+. The Net+ has undergone a dramatic change from different instructors and course completion time (something like 30+ hours to only 8). I'm not sure how 8 hours covers an entire exam, especially with the new course leaving you read the same slides for what feels like 3-5 min each. The new audio is dubbed by someone who isn't the instructor and has quite a few audio distractions in the background. While the previous course instructor was slightly new to teaching and still used a whiteboard, he at least had more content. I don't think I will use Cybrary for additional certs, seeing how good the free options are.

Great resource Cybrary offers great courses and member support. The career tracks are more thorough than learning on the job! I do wish course transcripts and subtitles were available. The publication dates for the courses should also be publicly visible, because this is IT - some courses contain outdated information, which is understandable but should be made known. It would also be helpful for course reviews to include public comments. Knowing why a course is rated low is helpful. Ultimately, I highly recommend Cybrary. And Cybrary subscription discount codes. XD

I wish I had found this site before I… I wish I had found this site before I made my Black Friday purchase to Cybrary!! So many people are saying the EXACT SAME THING I am currently or have previously experienced with this company!! It's maddening! 1. 75% if not more of the "training" you get on the site can be obtained for free from YouTube or for MUCH CHEAPER on Udemy. 2. Make COMPLETELY SURE when you make a purchase from them, that it is EXACTLY what you want. They DO NOT refund purchases! I made a purchase on Black Friday of 2023 and after 1 hour of surfing the site and seeing what I purchased, I realized I had been "scammed" and immediately asked for a refund through their support contact, only to be denied. I informed them that I purchased it 1 hour ago and they stated they have a "no refund policy", which is visible on their website. 3. Not a professional company by any means. 4. Issues using it with Chrome Browser. Need a workaround. 5. I will NEVER purchase anything from them EVER again! By far the worst $300 I ever spent.

Cybrary is just an amazing platform Cybrary is just an amazing platform. Literally thousands of hours of quality content. You can find a course or a lab for just about everything, and they are constantly releasing new material. They also have highly responsive customer service. It's been worth every penny.
