LUNot to be trusted please read carefully: I studied months to get my skills certified and I passed over 20 exams. Today, when my employer asked me for my credentials and certifications, I checked and ALL the certified skills were gone! So, I am not running the risk to be out of a job, because my employer think that I lied about my certified skills. Please make yourself a favour and go elsewhere if you do not like the idea to study for nothing and worse to put your career at risk.

Yup, I knew it. /m\ I really enjoy my experience with cybrary, all the features within cybrary's hub/platform is amazingly convenient and insightful. Due to covid, I lost my job as a cook at Karl Strauss and my unemployment expired so I'm trying to find stable work whether temp agencies or getting that hustle on... You wouldn't know how real the struggle is being a 32 year old man trying to get by and still put time aside to do this, eventually get good enough to make this a career. GBCustomer service is joke I never sign up for their service, yet somehow I got a charge for it. Contact their customer service, since I'm over the trial period; there is nothing they can do at their end. They suggest I change my username & password so it won't happen again. It's not like I sign up for monthly that would be so easy. I happen to sign up for a year's worth of their supposed program without knowing about it. Recommend for those who consider learning Cybersecurity don't enroll here. It is not the program that I'm worried about, the service & attitude of the people is what discourages here

GBAvoid like the plague Signed up for a free defined 6-month period subscription from a third party but still had to provide my own payment details. None of the videos worked on my computer platform so couldn't do anything with it. I forgot all about it, expecting my 6-month voucher to naturally expire and not renew, but I was charged a stupidly large amount for a service I can't use. Despite asking for a refund and a cancellation, customer service just said it's not possible. Absolutely atrocious service, company, and quality of delivery.

GBMoney grabs clear and simple Money grabs clear and simple. Originally purchase Insider Pro as a founding member, promised lifetime access for $50/year after. Then all a sudden they flip the table and charge $999/year for the same thing! Then automatically charge you for such automatically despite being told via email 40% off discount will be applied. Forums are dead, training is nothing you can't get elsewhere. It's a sinking ship that can't get their story straight.
