Cybrary.it is a scam Cybrary.it is a scam. They stole money from my account in the name of auto-renew without any prior notification or without asking me. Their content is very poor in quality and of no use in professional world. Upon requesting a refund, their customer support did not entertain at all and just copied pasted some pre-made answers. We do have a grace period of at least 14 days prior to autorenew in Germany and companies must send an official notice before renewing a membership. A suggestion for everyone to start learn for free from youtube or paid from any other platform instead of this scam.

You wouldn't know how real the struggle is being a 32 year old man trying to get by and still put time aside to do this, eventually get good enough to make this a career. trouble getting started I have had access for over three months and can't seem to get started. I tried watching the Introduction videos but they just went on and on. I have programming experience so I don't need some of the beginning items but I have wade through it to get to the meaty part which I still haven't gotten to yet. I'm frustrated at my lack of progress. I could benefit from more guidance at least until progress more.

Fancy marketing but - Caveat Emptor! Caveat Emptor. The marketing is fancy, but it's a mixed bag. I want to like Cybrary, but it just feels too half-baked right now. Some courses are basic beyond belief, I've been relying on YouTube for material to support certs as a result. Other courses have been 'coming soon' for in excess of a year. A few labs just don't work. Support for said issues is non-existent. The real kicker is when me or colleagues spend hours completing labs, to find that progress hasn't been recorded whatsoever - yeah, I'm not repeating it. I'm feeding back to our company management they should under no circumstance renew our contract with Cybrary... at least until they have a finished, saleable product we can actually pay for.
