DISHONEST. RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEES WHEN RETURN. NO REFUND EVEN PRODUCTS FAIL!!!! They sell damaged products or products that don't work as described. When asked for a refund, they put up a fight and charged you restocking fees plus shipping and only gave you store credit. They do not stand behind their products and are not willing to work with you once they got your money. WATCH OUT. RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEES when return. STORE CREDIT ONLY. Don't order anything new unless you know the products work well. Otherwise, you will not even get a full store credit for the products. I wish I could talk to a higher manager because a reasonable manager should refund the money.

Fee after fee after fee These people want to charge you for everything there’s a “Special Handling Agee” which cost me $43.50 then a “Signature confirmation fee” of $5.25 Plus they want to charge me 10.50 for two other boxes because I have a home address. I’m requesting to cancel everything and I want a refund. THEY REFUSE TO REFUN MY MONEY ON A ORDER THAT HASNT EVEN PROCESSED YET DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Great Products This is the only supplier of primer, acrylic powder and liquid that I use. I especially like the colored acrylic powders. Even after three weeks, I have no lifting, and lifting has always been a problem for me. I could not be more impressed with the acrylic supplies I purchase from the Nail Superstore.
