do not waste your money i paid up front in full for the mid price program, after waiting the alloted time, i never got a referral and asked for the full refund as promised. that was in june and i am still waiting for a response - no referrals, no communication and no refund. they are really good at dodging calls, emails and texts. when i did get ahold on someone she was so rude and kept trying to resell the product. absolutely a waste of money and time.

Scammers! I paid them $650.00 and I never received a thing from them. They sound very nice and professional when they try to get you to sign up. I tried calling about a month and a half later to ask why I haven't received any leads and out of 3 numbers, all of their phones are out of service. Even the number listed on the website. Stay away!

I had to remove my 5 star review I had to remove my 5 star review Of this company. They promise 4 to 6 leads. I got 1 viable Lead (if you want to Call a lead who can only get qualified For $150k in a market where avg price is $456k viable). I contacted the company 40 Days in with my concerns and that I wanted a refund of my money (as stated upon sign on) they said they would have someone call me. They never did. Then when I message them back they now tell Me I’m past my 45 day promo and won’t respond to my texts. STAY AWAY from this company it’s a bait and switch.

Threw away $650 Threw away $650. They delivered 3 unqualified leads who were looking for flip subjects. One of the leads wanted me to knock on doors in the hood and ask people if they wanted to sell LOL. I talked to the company a few times and started asking for my money back after a week. They told me a bunch of made up BS and finally stopped answering my calls, texts and emails. Never did provide a contract for my review.
