Complete scam!! Complete scam!!! I signed up back in may of 23 and was promised 8-10 verified leads. Since then I received ONE lead that wasn’t even looking. And that was AFTER I emailed them twice about not receiving anything. Fast forward to end of June and now all emails are being returned as undeliverable, phone numbers don’t work, etc. absolute Scam. I filed a dispute with my credit card, so we will see what happens.

Paid them $375 and have not seen a real… Paid them $375 and have not seen a real referral from them in 2 months. There guarantees are a joke and they are not responsive.

BOGUS!!! My story is the same as every one else. I tried to google for reviews before I purchased did not find any now I see there are several. I also tried to cancel before my 45 days and was never called back now the number ending in 2124 is no longer active. I agree work your sphere and screw these guys. My new line is I will not pay any upfront fees only a referral. If your program does not do that we are done.

It has been very cost effective and we have had two first referrals converted to leads immediately. I look forward to growing our business with their partnership. I love the standard package that we purchased to allow us to verify the leads before paying the $20 for the lead. We are servicing Keller, North Fort Worth, Little Elm, Frisco and Southlake areas.

Threw away $650 Threw away $650. They delivered 3 unqualified leads who were looking for flip subjects. One of the leads wanted me to knock on doors in the hood and ask people if they wanted to sell LOL. I talked to the company a few times and started asking for my money back after a week. They told me a bunch of made up BS and finally stopped answering my calls, texts and emails. Never did provide a contract for my review.
