GBAbsolute SCAM! SCAM! They aren't even worth a 1-star review. This company took $649.00 from me on May 25, 2023. I was told that I would receive my first referral within the next week, possibly two. June 28th I called to cancel (within my cancellation period) and was told to wait until the last day of that period because they would set me as a priority. The day before my cancellation/refund time period was going to be up I did receive a referral. It was bogus! So I immediately sent an email and called to cancel and then was told that they would extend my cancellation/refund date by another week and once again, set me as priority. The same day I received another bogus referral. This person actually texted me back that they were not looking to purchase real estate. Long story short, the three phone numbers that I had now have a strange recording stating that the "number is not found". The rules of Trustpilot prohibit the listing of names and phone numbers but the three that I had ended with the following, 6295, 2124 & 2754. Do not give this company your money!

GBThey are crooks and do very little to… They are crooks and do very little to hide it. The gentleman who I was dealing with "Zack" passed me along to his boss who magically has the exact same voice and somehow texted me from "Zack's" phone number. Don't give them a dime!

GBDon't walk, RUN. SCAM. Oligo is a SCAM. Don't waste your money! They will send you a few leads to get you to sign up, offer wonderful customer service up front, get you to write a review and POOF! disappear. I have been calling/texting them since June 2 to ask where my referrals were...they said they were having technical difficulties and would call me the next day. Never got a call. I have a string of messages asking why no more referrals since I paid and they assured me I would have them, it just takes time to scrub them, etc. They will give you excuses as to why you aren't getting referrals so they can keep your money after the 45 day guarantee period. Why is it they can offer three referrals in the first week to get you to sign up and then offer no more leads for a MONTH? Because it's a scam. I finally got a call back after a month and when I told them I wanted a refund, it was more excuses....I asked them to cancel at least 10 times and they still wouldn't....She said it was my 45 day mark, imagine that! I told her not to worry, I already disputed with my credit card company. The amount of BS realtors have to go through to find a good lead gen program is ridiculous. Market to you sphere. Lesson learned. AGAIN. (Also, Andy no longer works for the company which is who I jpioned under)

GBdo not waste your money i paid up front in full for the mid price program, after waiting the alloted time, i never got a referral and asked for the full refund as promised. that was in june and i am still waiting for a response - no referrals, no communication and no refund. they are really good at dodging calls, emails and texts. when i did get ahold on someone she was so rude and kept trying to resell the product. absolutely a waste of money and time.

GBI had to remove my 5 star review I had to remove my 5 star review Of this company. They promise 4 to 6 leads. I got 1 viable Lead (if you want to Call a lead who can only get qualified For $150k in a market where avg price is $456k viable). I contacted the company 40 Days in with my concerns and that I wanted a refund of my money (as stated upon sign on) they said they would have someone call me. They never did. Then when I message them back they now tell Me I’m past my 45 day promo and won’t respond to my texts. STAY AWAY from this company it’s a bait and switch.
