GBMy instructor made the class enjoyable My instructor, Bonsy, was awesome! She gave real examples, was very clear in her communications, kept the course on target with regard to time and the curriculum, and was very easy to follow.

AEEither the coach and the techniques… Either the coach and the techniques used on the training program was above my expectations!

GBBonsy made the class informative and… Bonsy made the class informative and engaging. The breakout activities helped considerably. The actual test question answers were quite different from the learning format, and one in particular was in direct opposition to an email I sent on confirmation of a quiz response. Fortunately, the practice tests had the correct response and so I was able to correct the mis-statement on the final test response.

GBBonsy was/is awesome! Bonsy was/is awesome! She’s informative, kind, patient, and respectful. Allowed everyone to be themselves and ask any question. I very much enjoyed her instruction and hope to cross paths again in later courses. 10/10 recommend!

GBBest. Course. Ever. Pass the CSM the first time Bonsy the instructor gavr value to this class even for a tenured Scrum Master of 6 years such as myself. She gives great resources, concepts, approaches, and real world advice to bridge the learning curve gap for newbies and tenured agilists alike. If your looking for the best class to pass your CSM, this is it. I got 50/50 on my first attempt. Best teacher and course ever.
