GBExcellent CSM class! Excellent CSM class! Instructor was very knowledgeable and created a well structured class. Handouts were useful and helped when taking the CSM exam. Instructors kept the class moving so you were never bored. I only wish she taught other project management certification classes.

GBBonsy made the class informative and… Bonsy made the class informative and engaging. The breakout activities helped considerably. The actual test question answers were quite different from the learning format, and one in particular was in direct opposition to an email I sent on confirmation of a quiz response. Fortunately, the practice tests had the correct response and so I was able to correct the mis-statement on the final test response.
