Best. Course. Ever. Pass the CSM the first time Bonsy the instructor gavr value to this class even for a tenured Scrum Master of 6 years such as myself. She gives great resources, concepts, approaches, and real world advice to bridge the learning curve gap for newbies and tenured agilists alike. If your looking for the best class to pass your CSM, this is it. I got 50/50 on my first attempt. Best teacher and course ever.

Excellent !! It was a wonderful experience. Our trainer, Bonsy was really good and very patient. She paced the 2 day training very nicely and answered all the questions that participants had. I passed exam with 100% in my first attempt. Definitely recommended.

Bonsy Rules! A note on UC Agile - had to contact support for materials... It was a great experience to be taught by Bonsy for my CSM. She taught a great class that was informative, resourceful and interactive - one of my favorite virtual training sessions I've been apart of. Bonsy's approach to SCRUM is digestible and exciting. She has a great knowledge of the subject that had me wanting to learn more. I'm excited to implement my teaching in the workplace. A note on UC Agile - I signed up about 1 business day before class started and had to contact customer service for Zoom information. Keep in mind that it may be best to sign up early.

Great Course, even better teacher, Sasha I attended the virtual two-day Certified SCRUM Master Course. Alexander (Sasha) Frumkin was a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor for my virtual course. He brings a wealth of experience to his teaching style. He kept us on track, I learned everything needed for the exam plus so much more, and he was positive and engaging. I would absolutely take another course with him, or this company, should the need arise. Thank you all for what you do!
