Responsive customer service I realised I had been inadvertently billed for a subscription I had cancelled. Once I contacted them to report this, I received a prompt response with an immediate resolution to the issue. I found this quite impressive!

Unable to cancel, difficult templates Resume templates all make job dates end on today's date, downloading in .doc or .pdf, extremely hard to work with, templates are boring. Unable to cancel service. Would not recommend. If you sign up for the trial, be prepared to pay for the service for several months even if you cancel.

Quick and Flexible Did not yet score a job but this has been helpful in creating the resume

Easily Produce an Outstanding Resume The resume template was very easy to use, gave useful prompts, and created an outstanding product. I'm a high school student seeking my first job; I was intimidated by the requirement to produce a resume. Resume.io gave wonderful suggestions in an easy-to-fill-out form, then produced a great looking completed resume with the push of a button.
