Unable to cancel service. Would not recommend. If you sign up for the trial, be prepared to pay for the service for several months even if you cancel.

Do not use the service! I have used the service for one and only resume I needed - after one week and was charged premium price without prior notice. It’s clearly a scamming company and I don’t recommend using their services. Customer service is not helpful at all. When I asked for a refund of the unauthorised payment, they just kept on pasting the same template message without any result. Absolutely appalling!
