Definitely 1 Of The Best Futures Prop Firms Started my evaluation on 27th Mar and submitted my first payout request today on 26th Apr. Customer support was responsive and the process was smooth. What I loved the most about Trade Day is their EOD Max Trailing Drawdown, which is better than most of its competitors. However, I wish they would us to have more than 1 live account, and the option to keep trading on Funded Sim even after reaching 5K.

System Failure, No Responsibility Unfortunately, with TradeDay, I experienced the trader's greatest fear... Trades were live and I was locked out from being able to flatten - they failed. I frantically sent TradeDay an email, and initially they denied a problem, then, after I provided proof, they acknowledged the system failure. No consideration for their system failure was offered, and accounts were closed.

I am still in the evaluation process I am still in the evaluation process, and I have had a couple of questions that were solved during the same day, even a couple of them were escalated and answered by James, one of the founders. The team seems to be very professional, with a strong focus in solving issues and help in anything that could appear on the way. At the moment of writing this, I have reached the profit target, however I still have 3 days more to complete the 10 minimum trading days, and different than other prop firms where they require way less days to pass, I feel that with these rules I am forced to take this more seriously, also with the rule to not just trade 1 micro for a very small scalp, but to keep trading the way you have shown so far. That is something I would like to incorporate as a habit during my trading, as I can see how much it help to stick to a method and not go all-in just when things are working fine. Will try to update this if I have more feedback.

The customer service is outstanding!! The customer service was great. Natalie was wonderful she helped with sign in issues. The rest of the staff was very helpful with my questions. I love the professionalism here. I have been to other prop firms. The quality of customer service has been superb.
