TRADEDAY is the best TRADEDAY is the best! been with them for a couple years and its been a grreat experience.

The customer service is outstanding!! The customer service was great. Natalie was wonderful she helped with sign in issues. The rest of the staff was very helpful with my questions. I love the professionalism here. I have been to other prop firms. The quality of customer service has been superb.

System Failure, No Responsibility Unfortunately, with TradeDay, I experienced the trader's greatest fear... Trades were live and I was locked out from being able to flatten - they failed. I frantically sent TradeDay an email, and initially they denied a problem, then, after I provided proof, they acknowledged the system failure. No consideration for their system failure was offered, and accounts were closed.

TradeDay an amazing prop firm but please add Rithmic Support! TradeDay is one of the best prop firms out there. The owners are really on top of the day to day operations and want to develop traders. Also they put you on live brokerage and honestly you want to stay far away from livesim prop firms only which basically have a conflict of interest with us traders which is clearly not the case with TradeDay. My ask here is please add Rithmic support because as of now only Tradovate is supported and frankly that is a beginners platform you cannot do anything advanced with that! We need Rithmic so we can run Atas, Sierra Chart, Quantower, MotiveWave among others. Thanks

Better than all firms out there Better than all firms out there. Must try this. Trade day's payout policy is awesome. And they do provide option to choose between live account and simulated accounts after you pass evaluation. Just amazing please go with trade day if you really wants to succeed. I am so much thankful to trade day. 🙏🙏
