This is a CRITICAL DATA PRIVACY BREACH Even though I used a different email for account sign-up, they still used my personal email i wrote in my resume and SPAM my mail. The whole reason for using a different email was to not give my personal email, but these people have no integrity. I know my review will be lost in all these other reviews and all 5-star reviews will always be showed first to create a good image but, I really want people to know that this is serious and strict action must be taken against these type of companies who think they can use anyone's data just because they mentioned it in their Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.

Quick and efficient Ok I never write reviews but I admit I was pretty surprised with how quick and proficient their customer service was. I did not realize I had several recurring transactions and the amount was higher than I thought. I reached out and within an hour, maybe not even two hours, I had an email response, and my credits back into my account! I was pleasantly surprised.

I accidentally let the subscription… I accidentally let the subscription roll over and didn’t need the plan. Customer service responded and gave me a refund within 12 hours. Great customer service! It’s hard now a days to find any good customer service.
