GBI accidentally let the subscription… I accidentally let the subscription roll over and didn’t need the plan. Customer service responded and gave me a refund within 12 hours. Great customer service! It’s hard now a days to find any good customer service.

GBGood product, even better customer service I was able to create a basis for a resume that ultimately landed me a summer internship for my college program! The version directly from the website had some errors I had to manually correct afterwards, but nothing major. Also, great customer service!

GBGreat! Be aware, if you wish to download and save your built resume, it does cost money. However, they are legit and the experience is smooth and makes creating a resume very great. Good customer service as well. 5 stars.
