Great Value and Lots of Support! Ramped, compared to alot of their competitors on the market today, offers alot of self-guided career help, as well as 1-on-1 help through their career coaches. Lindsay, for example, was not only thorough during my interview prep session with her, but really took the time to understand my concerns as a career changer! Additionally, their service is free, but comes with the same value as some of the competition out there(who is often WAY overpriced, for the service they give). Keep up the GREAT work Ramped!!

Blows Chat GPT out of the water I'm really enjoying Ramped. The AI is far superior to Chat GPT and the plug-in for crafting responses to open-ended questions is fabulous. Another thing that makes me feel really good about the purchase was the materials are FOR LIFE. You don't see a lot of that nowadays, usually I find myself "renting" materials. They are very generous with their offerings, they are quick to respond and they have great innovations in the making which they keep us updated on.

3.5 stars. Good people but will push you towards sketchy companies 3.5 stars… the ramped team is really awesome and have a legit training program. I got 2 different jobs through them and was extraordinarily happy for the most part…. They lose stars because the second company I signed on to fired me after 6 weeks with no warning or heads-up despite my being on pace to hit my target for the quarter (I have also crushed the same role at 2 other companies). Where ramped is at fault here is that they continue to send candidates to this terrible company (which I found out from a friend I referred to ramped who was getting pushed into this terrible situation).

Great Program! Helped establish my career! This program was a huge reason why I was able to land my first job out of college, and on top of that during the pandemic. I’m actually still with the employer (now as Senior BDR) that ramp has connected with me with. And the content that Ramped Careers provided was super insightful and applicable for my current role. The curriculum itself is kind of more like a crash course, but lays out a strong foundation for SDR‘s. The check-in‘s in one and one meetings with the mentors were also super super helpful.

Best if you’re searching for entry level roles I believe this service works best for those searching for entry or junior level roles not for senior level or leadership roles. I purchased the automatic applier program. 80% of the jobs sourced did not meet the requirements I laid out during the intake call whether it was industry, travel requirements, location etc. I emailed them multiple times asking if anyone was ACTUALLY reading and checking the job descriptions against my needs before adding them to my tracker and each time I only got fluff responses. Needless to say I never landed an interview through their process, NOT ONE. I didn’t even make it anywhere near having 100 applications submitted due to the right jobs not being sourced. Eventually I received an email stating that I was being “updated to a new tracker” or something like that and then they just ghosted me.
