She provided excellent feedback not only about ways to improve the look and feel of my profile and make it more attractive to recruiters and hiring managers, but gave me insights on functionality within the platform I wasn’t aware of. She explained how to use these functions to accomplish my job seeking goals and next steps in marketing and developing a brand for myself. 3.5 stars. Good people but will push you towards sketchy companies 3.5 stars… the ramped team is really awesome and have a legit training program. I got 2 different jobs through them and was extraordinarily happy for the most part…. They lose stars because the second company I signed on to fired me after 6 weeks with no warning or heads-up despite my being on pace to hit my target for the quarter (I have also crushed the same role at 2 other companies). Where ramped is at fault here is that they continue to send candidates to this terrible company (which I found out from a friend I referred to ramped who was getting pushed into this terrible situation).

Treat yourself to Ramped ASAP! Couldn't recommend ramped more! They took my LinkedIn profile and helped me completely revamp it and the tips, insights, and recommendations were invaluable. If you're a job seeker like me and you're looking for a place to start, having ramped help you with your profile is where you want to begin. Danny and his team are not only incredibly intelligent and helpful but they are kind and they care that you succeed. Ramped, the software, has also helped me tremendously, it makes it easy to apply to jobs and tailor your resume because it's all in the same place. Love the product and the team behind it!

Great Program! Helped establish my career! This program was a huge reason why I was able to land my first job out of college, and on top of that during the pandemic. I’m actually still with the employer (now as Senior BDR) that ramp has connected with me with. And the content that Ramped Careers provided was super insightful and applicable for my current role. The curriculum itself is kind of more like a crash course, but lays out a strong foundation for SDR‘s. The check-in‘s in one and one meetings with the mentors were also super super helpful.
