Great Value and Lots of Support! Ramped, compared to alot of their competitors on the market today, offers alot of self-guided career help, as well as 1-on-1 help through their career coaches. Lindsay, for example, was not only thorough during my interview prep session with her, but really took the time to understand my concerns as a career changer! Additionally, their service is free, but comes with the same value as some of the competition out there(who is often WAY overpriced, for the service they give). Keep up the GREAT work Ramped!!

Good People Make A Difference Hi! I received a LinkedIn tear down from Eshween. She provided excellent feedback not only about ways to improve the look and feel of my profile and make it more attractive to recruiters and hiring managers, but gave me insights on functionality within the platform I wasn’t aware of. She explained how to use these functions to accomplish my job seeking goals and next steps in marketing and developing a brand for myself. 3.5 stars. Good people but will push you towards sketchy companies 3.5 stars… the ramped team is really awesome and have a legit training program. I got 2 different jobs through them and was extraordinarily happy for the most part…. They lose stars because the second company I signed on to fired me after 6 weeks with no warning or heads-up despite my being on pace to hit my target for the quarter (I have also crushed the same role at 2 other companies). Where ramped is at fault here is that they continue to send candidates to this terrible company (which I found out from a friend I referred to ramped who was getting pushed into this terrible situation).

Treat yourself to Ramped ASAP! Couldn't recommend ramped more! They took my LinkedIn profile and helped me completely revamp it and the tips, insights, and recommendations were invaluable. If you're a job seeker like me and you're looking for a place to start, having ramped help you with your profile is where you want to begin. Danny and his team are not only incredibly intelligent and helpful but they are kind and they care that you succeed.
