Ramped's Automatic Applier Program rocks I signed up for Ramped's Automatic Applier program in August 2023. I met with someone on their team right away. They - I believe her name was Tahari - were super professional and truly got 'down in the mud' with me on my job search. I felt fully supported. I then received a custom video on how to improve my LinkedIn profile - which was fire. I had 100 jobs applied to on my behalf, received 6 interviews, and ended up interviewing and taking a job elsewhere. Strong recommendation here

3.5 stars. Good people but will push you towards sketchy companies 3.5 stars… the ramped team is really awesome and have a legit training program. I got 2 different jobs through them and was extraordinarily happy for the most part…. They lose stars because the second company I signed on to fired me after 6 weeks with no warning or heads-up despite my being on pace to hit my target for the quarter (I have also crushed the same role at 2 other companies). Where ramped is at fault here is that they continue to send candidates to this terrible company (which I found out from a friend I referred to ramped who was getting pushed into this terrible situation).

Good People Make A Difference Hi! I received a LinkedIn tear down from Eshween. She provided excellent feedback not only about ways to improve the look and feel of my profile and make it more attractive to recruiters and hiring managers, but gave me insights on functionality within the platform I wasn’t aware of. She explained how to use these functions to accomplish my job seeking goals and next steps in marketing and developing a brand for myself. Simplifies a stressful process Applying for jobs is one of the more stressful things to do and Ramped software and plug in makes everything faster, more convenient and easier. For anyone in the job search process, I would highly recommend them. Also, their customer service is great and super fast!
