Worst customer service they shut down… Worst customer service they shut down mine and my sisters account because we live together at the same address and we both sold books to them. When they did this they just send a email saying your account has been closed with no explanation! Worst communication ever!

Slow to receive This order was supposed to be processed in 1-3 days and it wasn’t processed until the 6th or 7th business day. Very disappointed in the amount of time it’s taking to get to me.

Please don't list books that you do not have! Textbook Rush lists books that are not in their inventory and that they cannot procure. Always a disappointment when I make an order only to receive an email that the books are not available.
