Easy to sell Easy to sell. Good communication, good instructions on how to package books, quick feedback after books were received, easy way to accept or reject new offer for book value and quick payment receive payment. Not sure if I got the "best" money for the books, but that was not my priority and I'm satisfied with the whole process. Would use again.

Slow to receive This order was supposed to be processed in 1-3 days and it wasn’t processed until the 6th or 7th business day. Very disappointed in the amount of time it’s taking to get to me.

They reduced the price of one Bible They reduced the price of one Bible I sent them and also didn't pay anything on the other one. Both in like new condition. They didn't notify me if they would return the Bibles or not or give me the option.

I have sent books to another company that were in great condition and the said they couldn't pay me and were just going to donate them. I have never ever had a problem with this company. I will continue to use them exclusively in the future.
