Horrible customer service An introductory rep. impressively follows up with you to get you signed up. Once you're paid, they assign another rep to work with and my experience has been horrible, and with the company. No one to ever returns your call and still charged me for sessions and they can't find the tutor to fulfill the classes and they are nowhere to be contacted.

Fun & Interesting My son enjoys every class with Sophia. She make it fun and interesting. She encourages my son to participate and now his school writing improves even how he tell and construct stories.

Teacher Aisha is excellent! Teacher Aisha is excellent! She's patient but firm - nice sort of balance. Always very clear with her instructions. Keeps my son engaged, interested and challenged. My son is definitely learning a lot from her and it shows in the trajectory of his grade at school - all within a short period of 2 months!
