Also, the difference between the ATS version or "visual" version was simply the adding of background bar colors for the headlines. I was pretty disappointed! I will also not use the LinkedIn banner they provided as it looks ridiculous. I am in the creative industry and it would do more harm than benefit me in the long run. I had paid for the full package but other than a resume that is just a rewritten version of my existing one and a document with a list of job sites that everyone already knows who is looking for a new job in a while, I got no real benefit of this purchase.
