GBImpersonal and Typos Found I was unhappy for two main reasons: one the process felt impersonal and automated. Not once did I receive a phone call from the company to actually learn about my background and experience. They have a template to fill out which works but it does require a lot of upfront work from the customer. Secondly, after the initial draft, I found several typos on their proposed resume that I had to correct. It discouraged me from even editing the resume that I didn't go through another round of editing even though it was offered as part of the service.

GBThe worse resume ever you pay a lot of… The worse resume ever you pay a lot of money for bad writers .They don’t know how to write professional resumes

GBPrice does not match the value Price does not match the value it brings. They will ask you to fill out an unprofessionally made spreadsheet. They will then take your populated input and place them almost word for word to the resume they "create" The output is a 2 paged resume that is really not that great. I chose to keep my identity hidden to ensure that they do not retaliate as they claim to put your resume on some recruiter database. Use AI tools instead and just make your resume as simple as possible. Spending anything above $200 for someone who may not know your industry is worthless.

GBIt was very generalistic not at all… It was very generalistic not at all leveraging my product experience from past

GBThey have no business creating resumes… They have no business creating resumes for the entertainment industry. Spent no time 'getting to know' my story or my positive professional traits. Listed my job title as something that doesnt exist in the film industry and didnt change it even after multiple revisions. I am sure they are great in the general writing of resumes for tech or business world but they really dont know anything about film/tv business.
