Reimbursement I'm a regular customer. I had called in and for some reason we were having a difficult time hearing at times our psychic and so I guess we missed the bell so I did call as soon as I realized I had been charged as much as I was charged I explained to them what had happened and they did refund me a partial payment immediately, that's what made it great!!! The only reason I gave 4 star instead of a 5 is because I called 2 different numbers and both # s I kept getting my calls dumped. It was total of 15 times my phone call was dumped.
