TWO different professionals. I had two professionals, almost back to back. The first one was snippy and I felt uncomfortable asking any questions or even saying anything. I wanted to get off the phone as soon as I could. This is what caused me to connect with the second professional. He was nice enough. Having said that, his answers were either one or two words. There was zero conversation or discussion. I cried when I hung up the phone. It was not because of what was said. Hardly anything was said in either case. It was how I was treated. Maybe it is me.
