DEGreat Support in Booking Process They were so helpful during the entire booking process and made me feel even more secure about my decision to stay with them! The studio category I wanted was booked out and they reserved a studio for me as soon as it became available again and supported with all of my many questions! I’m looking forward to staying at Nido :)

DKA company with absolute no way of contacting! I’m a tenant living in Nido Vallensbæk strand, Denmark. Unfortunately since Nido has taken over management of this property, there has been many unsolved issues and there is absolutely no way of contacting them. They don’t send an invoice for the rent. They don’t answer their e-mail regarding any ongoing problem in this property. They don’t answer phone. The care takers don’t answer phone. And many tenants have contacted them regarding the warming system that is not working and still NO ANSWER from Nido. So we are wondering now, is Nido actually a company or it’s just an scam website?

GB5 star hostel I love everything about this hostel, their staffs are hospitable and welcoming. They are always available to render assistance when you need them, they have good gym, table tennis court and snooker pool. Very large common room, not to mention their rooms, what more can I ask for. I will defo recommend to friends, best student accommodation I’ve seen so far.

GBWithholding refunds Been withholding money from me for almost 9 months now, don’t reply to emails despite being given an automatic reply saying that the email has been received. Shocking from management especially when dealing with young people just trying to get by. Can’t refund money but can kit the whole place out with brand new vending machines….

DEDubious, no possibility of contacting, no answers to mails - untrustworthy Our daughter made a typing mistake when registering at Nido Living in mid of October. As the website does not offer the possibility to correct this mistake by herself, she sent several mails and tried to phone Nido to register the correct mailaddress- no success within more than 6 weeks. Therefore she did also not receive the information of Nido Living an 21.12.2023, that the planned rental start at 06.01.2024 will be delayed approximately up to 6 months. We already made a payment and tried to contact Nido since then, no chance of an answer.
