A company with absolute no way of contacting! I’m a tenant living in Nido Vallensbæk strand, Denmark. Unfortunately since Nido has taken over management of this property, there has been many unsolved issues and there is absolutely no way of contacting them. They don’t send an invoice for the rent. They don’t answer their e-mail regarding any ongoing problem in this property. They don’t answer phone. The care takers don’t answer phone. And many tenants have contacted them regarding the warming system that is not working and still NO ANSWER from Nido. So we are wondering now, is Nido actually a company or it’s just an scam website?

Receptionist and laws One receptionist, Michelle, was very rude, she did not had the kidness to approach with people. She was not patient to treat with foreign people who may not know about the laws in Ireland. Also in the accommodation you work with people from other countries and the laws are very different, so you can tell people about the 28 days notice when you want to move out.

Stay away from Nido Living! Nido Living took over administration over the apartment building that we are renting in October 2023. We had many issues before they took over. But the last company atleast answered and Communicated with us. But since Nido took over, its been impossible to get in touch with them. It took them over 3months to answer an email. Very unprofesional from a big company. They dont pick up the phone either. We had heating problem, our heat in the apartment didnt work properly. Have in mind that this has been a very cold november and desember in Denmark. And our apartment have not been the only one with these issues. We have a facebook group, and 80% of the tenants have this problems. And nobody can get in touch with Nido. Are you considering renting apartment from Nido Living, expect this kind of service from them. Stay Away!

Amazing, friendly accommodation I really enjoyed staying at St James for many reasons. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile. The location is amazing! Staying so central means I have everything on my doorstep such as university, shops, bars bus and train stations etc. What sets St James apart is the commitment to building a social calendar for residents, there is plenty opportunity to make friends with other residents.

9.500 DKK rent and the building has… 9.500 DKK rent and the building has just one cleaner. The staff is unfriendly and the building is dirty. Since I moved here, there have been at least three floods in the gym and a daily fire alarm. I also don't want to talk about the terrible state of affairs with the trash beans. It would be quite simple to locate the individuals causing the chaos there because of the CCTV. Nido and stuff are disappointing.
