NOStay away from Nido Living! Nido Living took over administration over the apartment building that we are renting in October 2023. We had many issues before they took over. But the last company atleast answered and Communicated with us. But since Nido took over, its been impossible to get in touch with them. It took them over 3months to answer an email. Very unprofesional from a big company. They dont pick up the phone either. We had heating problem, our heat in the apartment didnt work properly. Have in mind that this has been a very cold november and desember in Denmark. And our apartment have not been the only one with these issues. We have a facebook group, and 80% of the tenants have this problems. And nobody can get in touch with Nido. Are you considering renting apartment from Nido Living, expect this kind of service from them. Stay Away!

ARMy experience at Nido Broga was very… My experience at Nido Broga was very positive. The staff was very helpful and always willing to help with whatever trouble that appeared. The room was very confortable with enough space for all my stuff and more, I must emphasize the desk and chair provided as the former was quiet spacious and the later was of good quality. The installations overall where really good, although a couple more appliances would have been great, what was provided was enough for all our cooking needs. The spaces outside and terrace where great to meet up or simply have a breather with little to no disturbances. The location was superb, being 10 mins from the City Center and on the main road with many busstops nearby makes the moving around much easier.

PTBest residence in Lisbon for Erasmus experience They organise nice activities such as welcome party, morning breakfast, Nido market,.. In the building are multiple common areas where you can meet new people. For example: common area, common kitchen, .. There is a fitness & yoga room that motivates to work on mental health. Laundry room is also available in the building. On the reception there is 24/7 a person available that we can reach if there would be some problems.

CLWorst place to stay as an student It is the worst place to stay as student. They don't have anything needed for kitchen and beeding. They charge you crazy amounts whenever they want, their contracts doesn't say anything about the cancelation process and there is one girl called Michelle whom is very rude to customers and doesn't explain anything properly, if you don't understand her, she screams at you and scold you. I came to Ireland and hate it because of Nido, now that I moved I am able to star enjoying it.

IEKitchenAid not provided The biggest negative is that people need to buy all KitchenAid individually, there are no items left from previous years because everything is thrown away. At least it would be cool to have common forks, knives, plates... It is a huge waste and a big hustle for the future folks that move in. Positives: Great staff New facilities Spacious common area Quite Great neighbors Warm during winter Negatives: Small Windows in the room, not to much natural light The light and ventilator turns on automatically in the bathroom when it senses movement, there is no option for doing by itself Small room Bad mattress, it wasn't even Unnecessarily fancy for the students which increases the price, there are other cheaper and still cozy places
