She was very thorough in her knowledge and clear in explaining areas that may have been a little grey. She brought positive energy to the group with her lively personality which made it fun and engaging which is very important when you are taking a lengthy course. By far Tri-Star has been the best agency in my experience when it comes to completing our CE required courses.
