Sensational Steph and Staff! Steph and her staff made my yoga teacher training an amazing experience. They were patient with me as it took way too long to finish as life got in the way. The school is informative, thought provoking, non judgmental and compassionate to those learning the science and application of yoga. I highly recommend the school to anyone with an interest in furtherance of embracing the art of yoga.

Excellent Teacher Training This is an excellent course with a lot of information and great advice. I really enjoyed it. Sometimes I studied for hours before I realise the time. There is a lot of work and study involved in becoming a yoga teacher, so be prepared to work hard and take as much information out of this course as you can ...... excellent instructors and demo content.

Steph saw the light in me and believed in me The Yoga Alliance was recommended to me by a Yoga/Pilaties studio owner who encouraged me to get my Yoga License during Covid. With this recommendation I enrolled, met Steph and her cast of educators and Yogis online on the modules. They are all vibrant, engaging, and well versed on their content. The class was so well rounded, there were so many great modules I will go back to for reference for many years to come.
